There is a couple things I want to say. I love the technician they were very nice and lovely but there was more I didn’t like than what I did. Each time I wanted to complain was when getting my nails done/off with the make (I’m nit sure of the name). He was very rough and twisted my finger a lot. He also cut my cuticles a lot (not what I asked for) and now they look very rough and also hurt. I ask for an ombré type nail (with the male technician) and he did not serve. He used a brush (which I don’t care about) but it look VERY streaky and so he started using his fingers to try and smudge it out I guess. It just made it worser and now his finger prints were on it and when he was putting the top coat in there was hair in my nails everywhere. It looked terrible and was rough everywhere, some parts of the nails weren’t even painted. I had to go back and get the same nails re-done.When he was taking my nails off he cut me multiple times and it hurt a lot. While cutting my nails he also cut my skin. My cuticles look rough and cute everywhere it looks terrible. I don’t want to get my nails done/off with him again. I think he’s a very nice guy just not the right person to be doing peoples acrylics (to me). My mother got the same type of nails as me from another lady and they didn’t look streaky, no finger prints or hair on it.

I went there to do and got a full set of acrylics, very happy with how they turned out! Very happy with the salon, the service and the nails themselves! the price is also awesome!Will definitely be going back again!

Came in for a set of acrylics. My nails have no apex, they're long, flat, and very THIN. I asked the technician to add another layer to thicken them because I'm hard on my nails. The technician didn't understand after multiple attempts of explaining it and he continued on with the set anyway. These feel like press on nails, they're weak and will break in days. Not worth the $60.

I made a reservation for my party of 5. They were a little confused about what we wanted (3 acrylics, 1 adult mani, 1 child mani) but they accepted my answer each time they wanted clarification. The day before the appointment they called me to remind me, and they used my name which felt really personal. The day of the appointment they were VERY busy (that's fine). The technician didn't speak much to me except for essential communications (which was more than fine). I asked for a snowflake on accent nail + thumb and holy cows alive did the technician deliver! She free-handed incredibly intricate snowflakes and all 4 are amazing, like fine arts degree level talent. My entire party of 5 left very happy with their nails, and I believe we saw 3 different technicians.

I’ve been coming here for a year, everyone I work with goes here (how I found out about it) and I can’t go anywhere else ever again. It’s honestly the best service I’ve had at a nail salon and the friendliest staff. My nails are always so good!!!

It was my first time coming to this salon yesterday. I asked for a solar full set with french tips and one diamond on the middle finger. The french tips were done HORRIBLY (polish was crooked, smudged, and nails were uneven on both left and right hands). When I came back to the salon to explain that I was unhappy, the nail technician (who was extremely rude) told me that my polish did not come out well because they do not have a machine to properly paint on french tips. Sounds like a poor excuse to me. The technician fixed" my nails - removed the polish

I had a pedicure done there recently and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The pedicurist was rude and kept talking about me with the another one of the workers there. On top of that my feet weren’t properly done and she barely took time to finish it properly. Don’t waste your time.

I love Jess’ Nails! The ladies are so sweet and very good at making your nails look amazing no matter what you ask for!

I like that they do your nails quick but at the same time it’s not perfect and costs way too much. I thought it’s just me but I sent my friend there and she paid $40 more than what she usually pays at her usual place. This place will charge you for getting “long nails” but the nails your getting are average. If you’re rich and have money to waste than this place is ok. To add to my review I did ask the price first, and this happens over and over you guys add more to the price at the end. And I don’t even ask for design because I can only imagine the overprice. My friend pays $80 for Solar set and pedicure at galaxy nails and this place charged $120 plus tip.
