Would give our omakase experience 6/5! Everything was executed with perfection and tasted great! We had the 6 course omakase with delicious sake. The surf clam appetizer was tasty, then the best sashimi bowl in a yuzu soup, followed by lobster bisque. Main dishes were sushis then makis. The dessert was incredible, some chocolate sorbet over a delicate cookie filled with light caramel and a red fruit. Waitress was so nice too!

Absolutely love Park, the food is phenomenal as well as the service. My girlfriend took me for my birthday, we each salivated as our meals were set down, I highly recommend if you like sushi and Scotch especially their choice of Japanese Scotch which I am loving more and more. Keep up the phenomenal work!

An absolute delight, the staff, the drinks, the ambiance, the desserts and the fish, my god the fish… I did not have this quality of sushi for a long time. I have to mention the staff again because they were some of the nicest and professional I’ve seen…. Thank you, we’ll be back !

I ordered twice in one day back in September when I was visiting since it’s that good! I asked for uni and the girl on the phone was very helpful and kind. Great customer service! She even remembered me when I called back to order more uni a second time that day. It was a memorable moment as we both laughed and I emphasized how important it was for me to order more uni since it was so delicious there.

We spoiled ourselves at this restaurant. We decided to try their tasting menu and their cocktails. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. We took the 6 course meal and wow, what an experience! The sashimi and sushi were my favorite. The flavours they combined and fish just melts in your mouth. The desert was impeccable! I would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu and for some more sashimi and sushi !!!

Definitely a fine dining experience! We got the tasting menu, and while we enjoyed the variety of dishes the standout by far was the Nigiri! Next time would order the sushi platter instead.

Edit: Guys I'm so sorry this review didn't come out as intended I loved the restaurant I'm just an uncultured nitwit that couldn't appreciate a spectacle, art, as my son put it. I am ashamed of myself, and I leave my original review here for only one reason, to publicly shame myself at the request of my son and husband.I think I needed a second job just to afford the sushi at this place. The prices were so high, I'm pretty sure they were just making them up as they went along. And of course, they had to have the fancy presentation to justify the cost. My Rainbow Roll" came on a bed of dry ice like it was a magic trick or something. But let me tell you

Best sushi in town. Quality, freshness and display were all excellent. We had to reserve 2 weeks in advance to secure a spot. We each ordered the omakase and we were all satisfied.

First, let me say this isn't your random sushi place. The food is excellent and so is the service, but unless you get one sushi, be prepared to spend a fair amount. It is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.Did we arrive at 5:30 PM and finish eating at 8:30 PM? Yes.Was the food incredible? Yes.Did we spend close to $1,000 for 3 people including tip? Also yes.Do we regret it? Absolutely not.One piece of advice? The regular and premium platters contained oysters. We didn't know so ordered oysters in addition to the platters and it turned out to be too many oysters in the end (if there is such a thing... But the portions are generous).Do get the oysters if they don't come with the platters because they are amazing and the kimchi is to die for!!I can't remember which sake we ordered - it was $140 for a bottle and was SO good.I want to be wealthy just so that I can eat there often. Highly recommended!
