A Star Video

The worst video I've ever seen. I don't rec'd at all and charged a lot for 1 event. Pre-event done by A star and the video jitters multiple times... & recorded irrelevant stuff .. which didn't need to be recorded. 0/5 stars

We hired A-Star Video for our wedding and they were amazing! The video turned out beautiful. My family and I loved it. Their communication with us was wonderful, they were very punctual, and the video came out EXACTLY how we wanted it to be. They edited and finished the video before the expected time. The work was beyond to my expectations. Even during our reception and wedding, we very stressed, but they kept on communicating with us to make sure that everything was in order. We are very glad we hired these guys for our wedding. I recommend them for any special event.

We had hired A-Star Video to shoot a video for my nephews 1st birthday, and let me tell you that these guys are super professional. The video turned out amazing and their photography service was just fantastic.

Just watched a video that A star had made for My bestfriend ... and not worth one penny , read the previous comments ! The video transitions are horrible jitters like no tommorow.

Maiayn video turned out ok but editing on the actual wedding was poor. They missed major parts of the ceremony and didn't edit out any glitches. They also didn't make any effort to ask us for music we had on at the ceremony so they could have that playing and they inserted a slideshow that wasn't even played at the reception instead of asking us for the final version. We had to provide an entire list for them and have them re-edit the whole video. They also missed an entrance for our lunch and did not take accountability for it. All of our vendors asked us our timeline including our DJ so they were aware of what was happening the entire day except for these guys. Nor did they ask us on the day of what was happening next and because they didn't take the initiative they were outside on the patio while we had our entrance into our lunch which was also announced so I am not sure how they were able to miss it. They were well aware that photos were being finished outside and all the guests were waiting inside for our arrival. This should be a little bit of Common Sense that there will be an entrance just like there is when you have a reception. I was also told that they have done other weddings besides Indian weddings so they knew what they were doing. Clearly they did not know when you have a lunch or a reception right after a ceremony there is always an entrance just like it is when it's two separate events for Indian weddings.In response to the owners reply, the photographer did not miss the entrance and again it was announced so there was no need to miss it. You were not packing and were sitting on the patio when we walked in. All vendors have consultations with us to confirm the itinerary for the day except you.As for the slideshow, you used the one you made rather than the one we made in the video. I am not sure why we would want a different one to be a memory forever when we go back to watch it. All you had to do was ask for a copy to put it into the video. And there was not numerous editing. We provided a list once and it was edited once. They missed the bridal party entrance in the entire video! Why would we not want that in the video? The witnesses signing the marriage license were in there but not us signing it. These things are common sense when editing including editing out the mic not working. These are not things we should have to point out. That being said we asked for a discount for missing our entrance which is a huge thing and were refused.

These guys were super professional and they were very friendly. The video came out amazing; my family loved it. I would highly recommend A-Star Video to anyone.
