I had an issue with a product that was well past it's warranty period and Arani staff were very accommodating and helpful, providing replacement lamps free of charge! And here I thought we lived in a world without customer service; clearly I am wrong at least in the rare case of this Canadian company!

I needed some new lighting for our office. Sales was very helpful in suggesting the right light fixture as well as providing the specs I needed for my electrician. Once I placed the order, I received everything the same day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Well Done!

An LED driver had failed on one of our lights. I called Arani intending to purchase a replacement. They insisted that I send an email with pictures of the unit as it may still be under warranty. It was. They had a sales order emailed to me that afternoon and I was able to pick up the replacement free of charge.When I arrived the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend doing business with them for that reason alone. That's to say nothing of the five year warranty on our lights.
