They make appointments they can't do..they make you wait and waste your time.. incompetent at all levels... quebec health care is broken..

Went for a blood test here and the nurse was incredibly rude. At first I greeted her Good morning hello for which she answered back remove your jacket and sit there on the black chair, while I was adjusting the chair she said don't move it much (well you could add a hello and a please too in the conversation atleast be polite to someone who even looks nervous from the face itself) I have blood - injection phobia and I told her the same, she didn't bother to answer back for that too. During covid vaccinations too ofcourse I had the same fear but I kid you not~ every doc/nurse was super excellent and amazing they would talk me through and make me so comfortable that it got easy to divert the attention elsewhere. The lady at the appointment desk as she was very sweet and nice to talk to.

First time to book an appointment for my family in Travel Health Clinic through phone call. The man on the phone booked us at June 15, 2:30pm. Days before the appointment, I received an email for confirmation of the appointment. However, the time changed to 4pm and 4:30. I did not call their hotline again since a recorded message will just answer me and I have to leave my number then wait for a call back which will take a week(based on my experience). So, we went to the clinic around 4pm. The lady there was with a family, and another family was also waiting before us. When that lady was done with the two groups, I came to her.She(acted irritated) told me I had an appointment at 3pm and 3:30pm,then she went to call the nurse. I tried to show to the nurse the email sent by clicsanté,but she didn't honor it.She said it's a mistake. While I talked to the nurse(acted irritated,too),this lady kept on talking about respecting appointment time. I told the nurse, okay we'll only take the 4pm and 4:30 for my 2 kids. The nurse told me she will give us only the 4:30 for my one child. And said on my face, take this 4;30 or nothing at all"(sounded like a threat to me).So I said

Went for blood test and system works well. The lady at front desk who confirms appoinments and gives the number was very nice and polite. Spent maximum 20 minutes for the whole process.

Home services is totally disorganized and since they don't have sufficient staff, they use Comfort Keepers Agency who hire employees that have no training and sometimes don't even know how to read. So many mistakes (wrong medication given or at wrong time, forgotten clients who end up not getting their meals or are left in bed...) No wonder people end up in CHSLD when they should have been able to stay home if home services were adequate. It's a shame :(

I WAS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE MY EAR DRESSING,CLEANED AND CHANGED AFTER SURGERY. ALL THE NURSES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPASSIONATE. THANKYOU FOR FOR GETTING ME BACK 100%.HEALTHY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR ANYONE REQUIRING PROFESSIONAL HELP. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME. WILLIAM GERECUM.

A nurse named Marie-Claude came to our home on multiple visits after our son was born. She was so helpful, friendly and patient. We are happy that this service is offered to all parents with newborn children. Keep up the good work !

Very good experience here. All guys are so polite and helpful. The lady at the front is very nice and always willing to give you some advice. And it took me only 20mins to finish all the process for blood test!

Nice communication.For a blood test I called and I explained my reason why I cannot have an appointment it will be too late for me and they told me to show up early in the morning they will see if they can pass me.I showed up at 7:00 a.m. there is a gentleman makes me wash my hand give me a mask and ask me to stay in the line he asked me if I have an appointment and I said no then I go to a lady she asked me if I have an appointment and I said no but I called and they told me to show up if they are not busy they will take me she said this is impossible you need an appointment go call this number and make an appointment I tried to explain she doesn't want to listen now my question is why the first gentleman makes me to wait in line and then she tells me no appointment no blood test they did not allow me to talk to the secretary or anybody responsible very nice way to hide behind the covid problem and not to work they were only three patients in clsc at 7:00 in the morning. I found this very sad that people they do not work and everybody is blaming covid-19 . I have to say, this was good for those at the door who have jobs that did not exist.
