Weird services, they should set up proper workflow and procedures to handle every customer , with several times experience of renting car in Japan and Australia, I feel uncomfortable this time1. Although I already purchased the full coverage, the staff still asked me to purchase another real" full coverage insurance

These guys were open later than advertised. Prepare to pay if you want to modify your reservstion at the counter. I declined an absurd 60$ a day snow tire fee! That's 15$ per tire per day!

If there was a zero star rating, it still would not be low enough. A ridiculously long wait for a reservation made in advance. Huge line up after my long flight in and only two reps at the counter. A lot of angry customers in line. Presumably the majority of people had reservations and Dollar must have known the number and times of those reservations. Why not enough staff? Very poorly managed, plain and simple.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!This is a complete rip-off. We were told our Roadstar insurance would not cover the rental car and were pressured into buying extra insurance. Then there is no customer service number to follow up. This is an ongoing scam at this location. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! We will be disputing the charge on our credit card as they are lying to customers.

Our arrival flight had a 2hr delay which caused me concern if my rental would have been cancelled. However l was told that l had a 24hr grace period. Service was quick, courteous and efficient.

If there were a zero-star rating, it still would not be low enough. Be prepared for hidden fees and charges at the front desk! I rented a car in Vancouver international airport for two days at a rate of 282us ended up with 347 us. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere, save yourself the hassle from this organization. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I booked my car at this place and later when i read the reviews i was worried. Kept my fingers crossed. But the experience was amazing. I reached 2 hours before my actual pickup time and they still had a car available.

My car rental experience with Dollar at the YVR airport was smooth and speedy, including pick-up and drop-off. The car was in good condition and we didn't run into any issues. Seeing the negative reviews I was hesitant at first to book with Dollar, however, most reviews were from people who basically did not do their due diligence by reviewing their estimated final cost and add-on services when signing the documents during pick-up. We weren't overcharged for anything.

I rented a car at the Las Vegas center and returned the car with a full tank of gas. I received a copy of my bill a few days later and saw that I was charged $60.00us for gas. I have made several attempts to contact them but I have yet to receive a reply.I would not recommend them since they do not reply if there is an issue. Also be prepared for things like Concession fees and Customer facility charge! I ended up with an extra $219.00us on my prepaid rental when you include gas charge.
