Food is good but the owner is just rude, I've been multiple times because the food is pretty good but find it harder and harder going back because of the terrible service. He doesn't talk to you, always seems annoyed, and just puts ingredients on your wraps without asking what you want lol. I wish i could give the benefit of the doubt by saying 'maybe he was having a bad day' but this has been consistent for the last 6 months. The worst service I've experienced anywhere.. And I'm pretty easy going..

I've been at KazaMeza a few times and I love it! I specially like their chicken shawarma wraps. They have the right balance of veggies, sauces, and meat. The portions are big and their prices are very affordable (they had specials for students for $5 today). The guys are always very nice. If I could improve something, I'd say faster serving times and adding an extractor to the restaurant (your clothes will smell like deep fried food after eating here). I'd definitely recommend it and I will come back soon!

One word. Delicious. This is a popular eatery, especially with students. The food is delicious from the lentil soup to the gyro! If you're in Guelph and hungry this is the place to go! AND it's HALAL!

This is my family’s favourite shawarma restaurant in Guelph. The food isn’t too salty like I find a lot of other shawarma places make their food. The flavours are perfectly melded together to create a great dining experience every time. Moe (the owner) is a class act and you can tell he prides himself in making great food. We literally eat food here every week. You’ll love it. Best shawarma in Guelph!

Hello,I had a falafel plate and falafel wrap, garlic sauce is literally bitter in taste and falafel was also not good! Whole, falafel plate is bad which includes falafel, rice , salad and potatoes, everything tastes so bad. Even, after sometime , when I called him , that I didn’t feel good after I ate this food , he was behaving rudely and arguing with me, that this is the best place for falafel.Worst place ever to visit and eat shawarma.This is first and last time to visit.

Hidden gem!The food is fresh, deliciously spiced, and cooked to perfection. Lots of selection for vegetarians and meat eaters alike- also if shawarma isn’t your thing, they have burgers and wraps too!Customer service is also fantastic. Can’t wait till I’m back in Guelph so I can drop in again!

I just went there to pick up an online order. The person working there at 3:20 PM didn't respond when I said hi. I asked if the order is ready he said No". The he brings an order to the counter and drop it there. So I asked to confirm if that's my order. He answered in a rude manner and say Yeah. Maybe he is having a bad day but that behavior is unacceptable."

KezaMeza is a family favourite of mine! It's a take out resturant and I would say that they might have the best felafel in all of Guelph. Ask for the saj bread wrap over the regular bread wrap, you will not regret it!

Great place! The restaurant is clean and looks welcoming. I purchased take out and the portions were very generous. I would highly recommend getting the saj bread for your wrap, it's thinner than pita. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.Will definitely go back.
