I was blown away with the customer service that Jim provided! He ended up fixing a brutal job that another company had done and his job made it look like the other guys had done absolutely nothing! My carpets look almost new again and i couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend The Carpet Medic for your carpet cleaning needs, you won't be disappointed!

Jim is a decent and honest man. I booked his service for carpet cleaning before moving in to the new house. When he visited the house and realized the carpet had already been cleaned by the previous owner, he just complimented the work and left the house. I am delighted with the miracle performed on our area rug and our basement wall-to-wall carpet. Who knew how much dirt had been trapped in these over the years of pet and people traffic and accident residue. The area rug colours are back to their original richness and the basement carpet is so much brighter. All stains gone. No smell. Can’t say enough good things about the experience and the results. Jim was a pleasure to deal with, professional and courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly cleaned the carpets with minimal disruption to our household. I highly and heartily recommend The Carpet Medic.

There is no one else we would have our carpets cleaned by then The Carpet Medic. Jim is super knowledge, gets out the worst stains, carpets are beautiful. You need to call Jim!
