I was charged $16.26 for 2 iced espresso drinks that came to $13.00. I did not hit “add tip”. I am not sure why I was charged an additional $3…. I also asked for the drinks to be extra ice and light milk and did not receive either of those modifications. An expensive disappointment.I’m not one to leave reviews but after multiple drinks made wrong in the past, and being charged the extra few dollars I’m pretty upset.

Got a order from skip the dishes and the bag wasn’t sealed, the drink wasn’t want I ordered, the lemon loaf was dry and disgusting and that’s not the worst, my cookie was have missing and they forgot a whole item. Now I’m not sure if it was the skip driver or not but regardless they bag should have been sealed. Don’t waste you time or money going here.

An Americano Misto (hate the Canadiana name btw) should not be 1/4 empty it's not a cappuccino! I feel ripped off. Staff never responds when you thank them either, only had 1 of them ever respond back in a nice way. I wanted to like this place so badly but this was the final straw. Coffees ok but this really ticked me off...will cross the street to Starbucks for a better coffee for the same price. One AMERICANO MISTO please!

I went in with my girlfriend to get an iced Matcha and an iced white mocha. Both drinks were made hot, even though the screen clearly read iced. when my girlfriends matcha was made hot, we asked her to remake it and told her that both of the drinks were iced. And then when my white mocha was made hot, she did not offer to remake it, and just stood there and said sorry, while cleaning the machine. I am very disappointed that this girl didn’t know how to read the screen or even offer to remake either without being told to do so. i am already paying so much for drinks I should be able to get the drink I ordered without asking multiple times. i didn’t even want my white mocha remade but i should’ve because the milk wasn’t temperatured properly so it was scalding and tasted burnt when i was able to finally drink it. so i went to starbucks instead, where they know how to drinks properly.

I always have a good coffee when I go to waves! I tried the chocolate mocha and was it ever good! Made with real chocolate, you pick, white, dark or milk. Definitely going back for that drink!! Very clean place and friendly staff!

The iced maple macchiato is always refreshing from Waves Garrison location. This is our go-to small chain coffee shop. Nice place for a sit down coffee as well!

Great Canadiano Coffee's are made here! I especially love the option to 'coffee' in-house or on the patio. They could use more staff.... two employees do not seem to be enough.
