The two men working there were incredibly kind and helpful. They explained things in great detail and took the time to help my friend and I. The fish/corals were beautiful and looked to be well cared for and healthy. We ended up finding the perfect setup for us thanks to them! I'd highly recommend this store for beginner and advanced aquarium lovers- as well as to anyone who would love to learn some cool things and see some amazing things!!

Great service! The ONLY place in Canada I could find that would ship me frozen food in dry ice (not something they usually do, but were happy to accommodate). I don't live near an LFS but normally I'm okay with an overnight trip to pick up frozen food, not so much during a pandemic.The selection of food was great, Larry's reef frenzy, piscine energetics, hikari all the stuff you'd expect at a high end store, and almost everything I wanted in stock.My oldest fish are 15 years old, and even my big meaty lps eat lots of frozen food. The fish and coral selection look great. The packaging was perfect. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to order livestock, reasonable amount gets free shipping as well!

Extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything you'd need to know about saltwater aquariums. Great service, they really take the time to let you ask questions, and they make sure you're prepared with all the necessary information before purchasing a certain coral/anemone/fish to add to your tank

Beautiful Place. Prices are reasonable for the Pretty Fishies. Most people that are New will have no idea about anything but be cool to see Staff stand beside the cutomers and give some detail and explain some things about the different Fish and other Living things they have.

Fantastic! Staff at Bayside is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, Their selection of corals and anemones is Amazing and unlike anywhere else I've seen! If you are into saltwater aquariums or even interested in getting into the hobby, this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed :)
