I have been a long term patient at this clinic and my experience has been very different compared to the other reviews. I find the staff very efficient and professional. I have had no problems with the staff being rude. They are very accommodating when I have to change my appointment. I also find the assistants very helpful and friendly. The Doctor provides me and my family great care.Highly recommend!

Had my appointment today and the whole process for smooth and found the staff and both Dr Paul and Dr Peter very professional. Looking forward to getting my eye surgery done!!

i’m not sure the doctors last time but DO NOT see dr.patrick , he is a rude individual. he takes so long with every appointment, i waited over an hour just for him to give me attitude. so unprofessional, disgusting male . have some compassion,

I get so much anxiety when things are going in our around my eyes and Dr Paul made it such a relaxing time.

Carey the admin was rude with a senior and is rude every time communication is needed. The previous review for one star stating that the staff is unfriendly is 100% correct. Unprofessional and subpar customer service. Treating seniors with ignorance And disrespect is unacceptable adult behaviourI have been to the clinic multiple times and this seems to be the standard and also seems to be accepted by management.This is extremely disappointing as I have been recommended by someone who has been coming to this clinic for about 30 years.I must admit that the doctors go above and beyond and we’re pretty amazing to deal with. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable and helpful eye specialists.I and my family have been to the office many times and have received great service.

No wheelchair parking... Where it used to be everyone without handicap id parks there... there's no HP Signs or visible blue lines.. unAble to get wheelchair out because of the way parking is so close

Booked my appointment and was closed for the holidays...
