Active Green+Ross Tire & Automotive Centre

I went in for a minor repair and got FABULOUS service! I hadn't been to Active Green + Ross for some years and I - a senior and a female - wondered whether I'd get taken advantage of. Well, the opposite happened: Geoff had the extra window wiper installed that I had found at home, expressed no upset that I was not buying one from his co., (tho' I'd phoned ahead to see if they had what I needed), and Justin, a mechanic there warned me (unsolicited) about trusting my parking brake on an incline since it wasn't working properly (true). And then, the cherry on the top - When I asked to pay, I was told 'No charge!' While I realize that it's unlikely that I'll be so lucky in the future, it was a lovely surprise and experience, which will certainly encourage me to go back to this business!

Fast, friendly service. I was working with Jeff to have my tires replaced. Communication was spot on. I was looking for a new service center to have my vehicle maintenance done, and by chance, through a punctured tire, I've found one. Will definitely be bringing my car here for routine maintenance going forward.

Super above board and honest. My engine overheated and I took it in. They tried for a couple days to assess the situation and fix the problem realizing that if it was a water pump the job was too big for them to handle. They gave me my car back and told me to take it to the dealer without any charge. I will be using this mechanic for any and all issues in the future because I know I can trust them!

The service here is always a great pleasure. Their customer care from greeting on arrival to handing the car back to you feels sincerely thankful for your business. If they find something that should be looked at it t only a suggestion for the next time and not a pressure tactic. I’ve been going here for years and they are very consistent with good customer care.

Alex is fantastic. Sold me brand new tires and installed them. Great service. That was the first time I went. The second time, Maurice took great care with my car, found all the problems, gave me a realistic quote and then found ways to save me money. I'll always go to these guys. The service is great, and they are excellent mechanics. Great job guys, and thank you Maurice. I highly recommend this place.

Jeff and his team are incredible- very accommodating, reasonable, and efficient. I've had 2 flat tires repaired by them and have been consistently impressed with their level of service! Absolutely will be coming here for all my future car needs!

Had my winter tires balanced and changed here today. Super friendly service, great folks. Finished in about 3 hours. Another plus is that it is 10 min walk to Yonge St where you can shop or have coffee while you wait (I had Swedish Meatballs at the Ikea). Was offered alignment and oil change but I declined. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely come back here again.

If I can give Zero I would, Had a screw in my tire went to Gerrard location. Encountered one of the most unkind, unprofessional service and ended up telling me to go somewhere else. All we wanted to know was if a Runflat ( brand new car ) can be repaired or not in this case, exploring my options before spending 600$ for 1 tire.

I visited the store for oil change and regular maintenance. The customer service is superb and handle with care. The team communicated all the issues and provided me with recommendations. Highly recommend!
