Gregg Distributors LP

Called the day before and they said were gonna be open on Saturday and their hours say 7:30-2 but I showed up at 12 and there was no one there and were definitely closed. Super annoying considering I drove two hours.

Just to let it be known and I'm sure there are others local that have had issues with this companyThe service at Gregg distributors in Spirit River, right from the owners mouth is terrible. I was in to buy a few parts this morning (4 items)Took almost an hour at the counter with the inexperienced parts person, he was really trying his best and was apologizing to me asking his supervisors for help, they did very little and didn't seem to care. Long story short the manager (Ken) and I escalated very quickly into an argument when he all of a sudden refused to let me pay for my parts and leave, almost turned into a fist fight!! I did call the owner with a formal complaint and he basically said theres nothing he will do about it as there is nobody else to hire and he would have to close the branch, basically said the guy was having a bad day and agreed the service there is terrible.This company will never see my face in that store, or any of their other stores ever again!!Our small towns are losing the locally owned parts places with the customer service we used to have instead we have this walmart size big company taking over with disgruntled employees that clearly hate their job.
