Audy Autobody provided amazing service when repairing my vehicle after I was rear-ended. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the work completed, and the quality of the work is great. They went above and beyond by fully detailing my car, and got out years of dog hair that was embedded into the interior. Their customer service is also great. Having someone hit your vehicle is extremely frustrating, and dealing with insurance is always a pain, but Audy Autobody made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this shop.

They were communicative, didn't make me wait 3 weeks just to get an estimate/put in my icbc claim paperwork. They answered questions I had and was very respectful when I did question something (no attitude or disrespectful pushback).

They took good care of me and my car. The car looks great and everything is working right. The doors and trunk close properly. The paint is flawless.

Wonderful customer service. Quick and efficient job done. Was a pleasure going here. They even topped up my tire steering fluid and took off some paint from a separate issue that I didn’t go in for free of charge while answering many questions. Would recommend to anyone. Payed $500 for full detail and cars still dirty not worth $500 i would expect them to atleast clean the inside of the windows cant see on camera

My daughter's 2004 Corolla was hit by another car while unoccupied and parked on a residential street. Damage was to left front end and fender. She reported to ICBC and took car to a large body shop on Bridge St. for assessment. Within a week or so she heard back from ICBC. They wanted to write the car off. We were devastated. Where would we find another car like this? This had been my wife's car and was in immaculate condition as well as new tires. I wasn't sure who I could turn to for help. The body shop was very easy to deal with. I was able to call them, drop off my vehicle and get back to work within 15 minutes. They did a great job and got everything done in a reasonable time frame. I would 100% recommend this shop for any future work.

I had a minor accident and called up Audy Autobody to see if I could get a repair quote. I was able to come in without an appointment, same day, and received a quote within 10 minutes from the wonderful staff. I decided to go through with the repair here after I got my ICBC claim number, they offer excellent service and excellent value for their pricing. They lent me a vehicle for during the repair time and I received my car back sooner than expected, looking as if it had just come off the lot. 10/10 will be back again!
