The negative reviews about customer service made me avoid coming into the store and order online instead (which I’ve never had issues with). HOWEVER, I *had* to go in a few weeks ago because I needed to have bought the item weeks ago. The staff were very professional and kind. They helped me find the item I was looking for and never made me feel uncomfortable. It’s not a busy store so they are able to know their stuff and assist you. I will be back when the time comes.(Although the return policy is strict and means you can’t open the item before returning it, I’ve never had the need to after reading the product description or packaging. Reselling is always an option if that wasn’t the case. If I needed to make a return, I’m confident that would go smoothly too)

The dresser I ordered in January has still not arrived and the date it is supposed to be ready keeps getting bumped. I am told it will be in in July but am very stressed it won’t be here when my baby arrives in August. I understand that most furniture like everything else is on backlog due to COVID. However, I have had to contact the store for updates. No one reached out to me. Also it took months to receive my mattress even though it was in stock. I expect better service for the store price points.

Chris and team were friendly, helpful and professional from the get go. We ordered everything we needed for our little one well in advance, so we were not significantly impacted by any COVID-related shipping delays/cancellations. The staff are all very knowledgeable on products/brands and pricing is on par with other local completion. They remembered our baby’s name, and always make it a point to ask how she was doing every time we visit, which makes my wife feel supported and loved!

I would’ve rated lower had it not been for the customer service rep who messaged and found what I wanted in Milton and was actually genuinely trying.The Milton location however deserves 5 stars for excellent customer service, kindness, compassion and even offering water after we arrived to pick up our order as London was unable to help.The Milton location definitely knows how to look after their customers!

impressed by the in-store customer service- very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We had a million questions dipping our toes into finding our first stroller, and walked out of the store feeling much more equipped to choose the right one for our baby, thanks to the employees at snugglebugz.

Wow, really amazing customer service. I was greeted by Chris immediately. She seemed happy that I was there and really wanted to help me. She was so helpful with her recommendations. There were so many options that I was a bit confused but she got to the bottom of what I needed. It was raining but she grabbed her coat and we tested a few car seats in my car. I happily walked out with a really fancy new car seat.Really amazing experience driven completely by great service!!!

This review is for the online store. I had to give it one star to write this review. My real review is -5 Stars. Horrible customer service. Bought a 400$ baby monitor for my niece. Monitor was defective right out of the box. They won’t replace or offer refund. Told we have to contact the vendor item is on back order with no replacement date. My niece also tried to return in store with no solution. The baby is due any day. Read their horrible return policy and be aware do not buy from this company!!!! Going to file a complaint with the BBB as well.

There should be an option for zero stars.Purchased two defective sleepers that were made for a doll not a baby. I have a medically Ill child that is small and I could not get his arms through the sleeves. They refused to return/exchange because I had removed the tags which I could not have put the baby in because they were bulky tags and the sleeper was very small. I don’t know anyone who tries baby clothes on. When it says size 6-9 you assume they are made properly and fit that age group. Terrible customer service and I will never shop with them again!
