I hired Tracy to manage a kitchen redo that I had been planning to do, but not getting around to, for nearly 4 years. She was professional in every regard. The project budget was presented at each step with any changes or updates reviewed for approval. She contracted all the trades, who were also very professional, managed the project on time and on budget. Even though my project was a make-over rather than a full renovation, Tracy managed to incorporate some great design ideas, so not only does it look gorgeous, she managed to increase storage and functionality. I highly recommend Tracy as both a designer and a very competent project manager!
