We have a Trane XR 11 Heat Pump with no Cooling. I went to the website to find an authorized dealer in our area, Sunrise Plumbing came up. We called them, they came out on May12 2016 and Charged the system with 9 pounds of R22 charged us $735 and in less than 3 weeks it was not cooling. We have not heard from Sunrise. We contacted the National Director, HVAC National Energy Equipment Inc and the Territory manager for the Lower Mainland. They have not helped, only telling us the Heat pump is over 10 years old we should buy a new one. How does that get our money back.We believe that if you have an Authorized Dealer and that said Dealer does not produced or call back you should stand behind the Customer.

Extremely disorganized. Nobody at the office has a clue to what is going on with their customers. I booked an appointment with them through Home Depot, and after they called me back and confirmed it, no one in the office even knows about it. So disappointed.
