Jenee was a life saver. Joe hooked us up with van to go to Myrtle Beach. When we brought the car back that lady was nice and she found my mom glasses, that she thought she lost(sorry I forgot your name). Best customer service. Will go back and tell others.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Enterprise and will likely never use them again. We had a trip planned and needed a van. Once we made the online reservation at a different location, a representative called and stated that they had no vans. We asked if they could check on the Eureka location. The representative said that they seemed to have one, but he'll put me on hold to verify. After a few minutes, he got back on the line and stated they had one for us and that he already changed the reservation. Fast forward to the morning of the pick-up, we get a call stating they have no van for us. We go to the location and they do nothing to try and rectify the situation, not even a call to other locations. Now we are driving all over, trying to scramble to save our trip and find another van. We now might be out of a few thousand dollars for the trip if we do not find another van.

Always good experience at this location. Kaitlyn at this location is Super-helpful & very professional. Despite of closing time she took her time to help me with my loyalty number and heard my concerns patiently. 5 stars for customer service - Keep it up guys !

Update: A year later I come back for another rental car and things haven't changed. Marissa (a different one than who helped me last year) is around and she is crushing it, too. Everyone in the office today was super friendly and made getting my rental flawless.----------------------------------------------------------I have rented many vehicles during my travels and typically there is nothing that special about the experience. The energy that Marissa gives off when a customer walks through the door is incredible. She is super upbeat and friendly. I would highly recommend anybody looking to rent a vehicle to come here and ask for Marissa!

5 stars absolutely! I’ve had to come to this location two times, and I received stellar service both times. Both were for rentals after an accident: First time was with my Mom, and Janeá was the lady that helped us, and she was nice, professional and understanding about our situation. Second time was with Joe, and that was by myself. Joe helped me find the rental that fit my needs, but also was able to adjust the payment, because it was my first time, and I had not picked the correct budget. I recommend this location for sure!

This review is for the Southgate location Enterprise Diamond and Julie are the best at what they do customer service is outstanding. My reservations are on time with the communication lines open, clean vehicle's great location for drop off I wouldn't have it any other way. Love what both ladies are representing as managers in this company. And to the rest of the staff great job.

One of the best business staff I’ve ever encountered. Diamond was such an exceptional manager showing professionalism, detail & timeliness.I absolutely loved the family atmosphere that the staff displayed. It’s truly refreshing to see with businesses now a days. The whole staff was on it in every way possible. I had to rent a car through my insurance, usaa, and also had to rent a few more days and they extended me with such quickness I didn’t miss a beat. I was given a ride home which was so helpful to me that my thank you just didn’t seem like enough appreciation. In the mist of an accident that totaled me out, they made me comforted while in the office and with occasional text to make sure my rental was sufficient. I have been renting cars through Enterprise for years and have never once had a bad experience. Their staff are some of the best people and really get detailed on explaining what their business has to offer. Ive been frequenting the Southgate store the most. Will always be coming back for a sweet car for all of my roadtrips.

Savannah (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) and Brent were very helpful when it came to making a reservation due to a car repair I needed. Not only did I receive an additional discount for working with a local shop but every time I needed to extend it was not a problem. Definitely will rent here again!
