My go to hardware store In the area. Staff is for the most party friendly and knowledgeable. The garden centre here is pretty solid also, they usually have what I need, and the prices are competitive.

Quality Customer Service was lacking. The Associates behaved as though they did not really care for our business.

Could not find help when I did they said said I'll call somebody. No one showed up,another hour I'll never get back in my life. Frustrating store every time,been about 5 times.

Went tonight to find something that I needed to provide to our disaster recovery contractor that was out of scope but he would do if I provided the hardware. Absolute ghost town. Couldn’t find anyone to help. I think there were only about 3 staff in total in the store. 2 of them were at the front end. Zero customer service.

The Belleville Lowes in recent years has sunk to an all time low from scant unknowledgeable staff, to through the roof prices, to the worst customer service in the industry. I recently went to the store as the under warranty $200. Schlage lock on the front door of my home stopped working and could not be locked. I was advised they could do nothing, it was not their problem, I would have to take it up with Schlage. After tracking down Schlage which operates under a different name for warranty I was advised that they would send me forms to my e mail address to be completed and returned. If approved, the required repair parts would be sent to me. The process would take two or three weeks. Now, they have not even sent me the forms. This is the straw that has broken the camels back for me. I will never return to Lowes for anything and I will never buy another Schlage lock. Useless companies with dismal customer service.

Bought paint and color/finish did not match. When returning, Jim, told me they don't guarantee color match or finish match with other products and told me to contact the company as it's easier for everyone and I will get reimbursed. When talking to customer service after, I explained I felt they should make it clear they don't guarantee color matches? After 40 minutes on the phone with the paint company, I now have another phone call to make to send photographs of paint can etc. I'm sure this process is very easy for Lowe's.The paint company assured me that this was a very unusual process as it would be easier for the customer to deal with the store and the store to deal with the company.I will say, the paint company is very accommodating and understanding.Just a bit of a disappointing experience

The staff were amazing, very helpful, attentive and friendly. We were looking for a sliding door and found exactly what we needed and we got a great deal on floor model and on another gorgeous exterior door as well. Everyone was super helpful. Great experience!

Clean and organized. On my visit staff were helpful. Found exactly what I needed and enjoyed browsing the remaining isles. A minor caution - I arrived just after opening and noticed several items that were in the wrong spot (e.g., the price displayed wasn't for the item).

I wish you could give zero stars!We made the mistake of ordering carpet and having it installed by Lowe's contractor. I was promised that job would be done before our new tenant was set to move in. The contractor was unable to meet that date.Once the job was finally completed the contractor had damaged the walls and the seams were horrible.Lowe's is having him repair the seams but they are denying the damage is their fault.Not only are out a month's rent it took half a day to repair the damaged walls.They also inferred that I had damaged the walls myself. I had just finished painting the walls prior to the install. The pictures show only the corners. The camera was unable to show the scuffs on the walls.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for carpet.
