Clean & renovated building and apartments. Staff if very easy to deal with and accommodating. George has been very helpful and always very quick to reply to any questions or issues. Would highly recommend!

Overall a great place to live. Rent is a little expensive, but the apartments are very large for Montreal standards and there are amenities such as a gym, pool and sauna.

Beautiful building with proactive building manager, Georges, is taking care of all the residents very well. Georges is very time punctual and available everyday sharp at 8 AM to take care of every resident of building like a family. Lovely pool and Gym are added advantage.

Great place to live! My apartment was very spacious with a lot of sunlight coming in. The building is very quiet, and it is close to everything (IGA, dollarama, pharmaprix, Metro, McDonald's, bus stops, metro stations, and so on). The gym and the swimming pool are nice. Also, the fact that it is right next to the river makes it super nice as well if you like to bike, jog, or walk your dog.The management is very professional and understanding as well. I had many uncertainties in terms of when I could finish my degree, but they always listened and accommodated my needs. They are quick to respond to your emails and calls. The on-site janitor is great - he's probably one of the hardest and most diligent janitors out there. The building is always kept clean and tidy.I lived in this apartment for 5+ years, and am moving out because I am leaving Canada soon. I was always happy in this building, and I would definitely recommend this building to anyone.

Very well maintained building and responsive to general and unit maintenance requests. George, the new administrator is very committed to our well being and is constantly making sure that building rules are respected to ensure that everyone is enjoying their dwellings and the common areas. It is very reassuring to know that the administration is committed to our well being and peace of mind.

Very safe, clean, and convenient place to live.The building managers are very helpful and responsive.Recent building improvements came with too much black paint. That is my personal dislike though, I imagine there are some who find it classy"
