The Mobile Shop

Both Marcus and Isaac were absolutely wonderful! They had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond. Marcus was sure to give us all the information so as to help us make an informed decision about our commitment. Isaac went ahead and even installed the screen protector for us since we were so stressed about it. We drove to Niagara Falls from St. Catharines because this location was the only one who had the phone we wanted, and now we'd drive there again and again! Thanks boys!

Marcus at this shop was incredibly rude and hostile. I had to go there today to replace a lost phone. Omg, this guy Marcus was hostile, kept biting my head off just for asking questions or being unsure of how to answer his questions. Don't you teach them basic customer service skills before unleashing them on the public? Marcus made a very stressful situation 10 times worse with his poor attitude

The team at the Mobile shop is excellent. After getting the run around for months at one of the other cell phone shops in town, We decided to try these guys for our daughters new phone. They were extremely helpful, patient and informative. So we followed that up a few weeks later when we came back for our new phones. These were a little harder to come by but the team at the Mobile shop not only tracked them down but also took accountability when FedEx delayed one of the deliveries. Totally unnecessary as it was not their fault, but shows the high level of desire they have for a satisfied customer.Very professional.They earned our families loyalty for certain.

I recommend this place, you can use pc optimum points.The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable.

I popped in yesterday explaining to the associate (Marcus). What my needs were he found me the right phone for the right price. His knowledge and customer service was outstanding.Additional there was too other associate’s, Isaac was the other associate but I did not get the other guys name sorry. All 3 of those guys were so welcoming and professional. Marcus helped me out above and beyond. I highly recommend shopping for your next new phone there because of there customer service and knowledge to quickly figure out the needs of the customer I totally love my new phone. Thanks to Marcus .
