Smart Glass Vancouver

Very Disappointed. We had an install which went very sideways were glass was scratched. Not sure how it the glass became scratched and it actually doesn't matter what became the issue is they installed the film over the glass and then when it looked horrible told us it was because of the scratched glass units. Not sure why they wouldn't address this prior to installing.Once this happened they were quick to blame us for scratching the glass. We were surprised that they would install the product on scratched glass.I'm actually not into writing poor reviews however after months and months of not getting a response from the PM and instead being bounced to their installer I have to write.
