Costco Wholesale

Just was at pharmacy. The lady with the name tag of Raezon, I have never seen such a rude behaviour. Not paying attention to the customer or listening, and blaming on customer’s accent.

This Costco unit usually doesn't have any new items that most influencers post every week. They are conservative and do not try to innovate. This Costco has consistent prices for everything. It is consistent on most of the items and groceries. Not everything is cheap as most consumers say about it. Check local sales and offers on other supermarkets. If you don't have a big pantry or freezer to stock, maybe most of the items are not suitable for you.

Great business. My Toshiba microwave broke after 1.5 years and Costco online team happily agreed to take it back, even though it was out of warranty and Toshiba customer support had refused to do anything about it. Great job, Costco.

Standard Costco, plenty of parking, good selection of products, staff are friendly and helpful. Depending on when you visit, it may be busy, but check-out goes by fast. I tend to avoid the self check out as it's more of a hassle to use it when you have so much stuff to buy.Gas station at this location has plenty of lanes for quick fill-ups.Shares a parking lot with Rona, in case you need hardware or lumber, makes it convenient.

I really like this location. Bathrooms were clean. I like that ordering for the food court is now done at a kiosk digitally. The food was delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only downfall was that the book section was so small. There were quite a few books I was looking for that I saw posted that other Costco locations had in stock, this one unfortunately did not have them. Was a little disappointed. But still lots of other stuff to see and buy.

Costco is great. Prices for many items are generally better, value-wise, than other stores--but not always. Gas prices at Costco are nearly always several cents per litre cheaper than elsewhere. If you shop here at least 4 times in a year-long period and get gas each time, it's totally worth the membership!

Very busy location. Staff are always very friendly and helpful! Stock is great. Neat tidy organized location which takes a great deal of effort due to the ignorance of many shoppers rifling clothing. Shopped at this location for 30 years both for my own household and with my parents as a teenager. Honestly can say have NEVER had any issues.

Always find what I need here. The pharmacy is great! Costs for drugs are cheaper. Lots of options of items in grocery and meats. Bakery section is awesome.

The 1 star is for Katherine. Costco on a whole is is great store with 99% awesome staff.Feb 7, 2023 - checked balance on line - credit was $28.25Feb 8, 2023 - went to the Barrie Costco, the card was swiped many times at 2 different tills (wouldn't work in self serve). Was told to contact 1-800 line to find out why the card was not working.Called 1-800 number and was told the $28 was used on Feb 8, 2023 at the Barrie location. They could not pull up receipt and advised me to contact the store to see what happened to the credit as it was NOT taken off of my total.Called Barrie Costco and spoke with Representative Katherine. After looking into the transaction she informed me the card was dead" and I was not going to get the balance owed. She said that the card had already been fully used in 2022. I explained the card was partially used in 2022 but still had a balance owing
