Roland just came over to clean the old Gus couch I inherited from my roommate and he was so kind, respectful, and quick yet thorough. He really put the work in to get the tough stains out and always checked in with me about what solution he would try and describe the smell to me. Very thoughtful work and it’s turned out so great! I am really happy with it and Vivid was the most affordable option I was able to find. All told, he was in and out in about 45 minutes for my 3-seater couch. Check out the before and after!

The service we received from Vivid Cleaning was impeccable! We required their services after a construction project went awry and we were left with concrete and brick dust throughout our home, including our furniture and area rugs. Richard, Roland and Anita surpassed our expectations - they managed the entire cleaning project and ensured our comfort throughout the process. The quality of work was outstanding. The attention to detail was excellent and the customer service was incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone considering cleaning services.

My experience with Roland at Vivid Cleaning was exceptional! He was professional and honest, and provided high quality service for a great price.I had a urine stain on my couch from a dog I was dog sitting, and I made it worse by trying to clean it with an internet recipe (hydrogen peroxide + baking soda). Other popular Toronto cleaning services told me I was SOL or were charging $70+ more than what Roland quoted me. Not only did he arrive on time, but he was friendly and courteous during the cleaning process, and offered to come back and touch up his work if the stain wasn’t gone (at no extra charge). This wasn’t needed, as his first job was fabulous and totally remove the stain and odor. Hats off to Roland and Vivid, I’d recommend them to anyone that needs carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Vivid did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and sofa. They were also very responsive when I initially contacted them. You can't beat their rates, either.It's now one year later and they have now completed a second job and I'm equally impressed with their service and quality of work. My house is immaculate! As with any good business, consistency and reliability are key. They have nailed both. You won't be disappointed.

Very efficient and good service. My mattress was badly stained but vivid cleaning worked miracles. I had great communication with the staff as well. I was very happy with the results, will definitely call them again in case of need.

I recently moved into a new place that had not been in use for a while so it was super dusty. Anita cleaned the whole place leaving it spotless and smelling like flowers while Ronald did the mattress! The best part? They bring everything on their own. All the cleaning products so it’s pretty hassle free. They were on time and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone in Toronto!

Very professional. Had my patio furniture (L-shaped couch) done earlier today. The gentleman (Richard I believe was his name) was wonderful. He showed up 10 minutes early, explained everything in detail, took his time to do the job right, and left me with a very rejuvenated couch. Honestly top notch service. Would recommend.
