We recently traded our travel trailer in on a fifth wheel at Smiths RV. We were very happy with the service we received from all the different people dealt with. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We traveled a long distance to get the fifth wheel we wanted and the staff made everything work for us to have a successful trip and transaction. I would definitely do business with them again.

We were in Thunder Bay camping with our trailer (from Toronto) and we had an issue with a loose fitting in our Reese weight distribution hitch. Brad took a look and said leave it with me overnight. " They called us the next day. He had fixed it

I arrived on a Thursday afternoon before the Labor day weekend. Everyone is busy. I had a water leak on my Grand Design camper, and a gentleman by the name of Rob actually greeted me as I pulled in. Probably as much good luck as anything. But he showed me a spot to park, and in about 3 minutes he had me sorted out. Absolutely a perfect gentleman and helped me right away. I went inside and bought some small stuff I needed. Well priced too!Very much appreciated the great service!Thank you!

Staff is very professional and friendly from the moment you walk in the door.Calynn was our sales person and she was great, it’s tough to actually explain however she wasn’t your typical pushy sales person and listened to what we wanted and why. The parts counter staff was also great, you can never be walking around the parts or service area without someone coming to ask you if you need help finding something.One thing that caught my attention was over the course of two weeks in and out of the dealership everybody remembered my name. The technician staff was great with the demo and hitching setup. Smiths RV seems like a business that a person could do ongoing business with over and over again. You get that feeling your not just a customer # but actually of value to them.

I’ve dealt with the Smith’s R.V. Team for over 20 years. My experience from sales to service to parts has been exceptional. Will I go back……absolutely! Do I have any regrets?…….absolutely none!

Purchased a 2018 camper, been having trouble with the refrigerator. Brought it back several times for it to get looked at and every time I was told there was nothing wrong with it. Went out camping and bunch of food spoiled because the fridge again didnt work. Brought it somewhere else and within hrs they found the problem. Even then with the warranty smiths won’t do anything for us. Awful customer service and i’ll never buy from them again.

Everyone is friendly and informative. Sales people are not too aggressive.It looks like a good place to do business.

Excellent customer service at every visit. Bought a used trailer this year and they were always willing to answer any newbie questions I had. They had a great 90 day warranty on the used trailer we bought and they fixed a couple of minor issues quickly at no cost. Would have given 5 stars if the communication was better between staff members when it comes to some things. I would call and talk to 3 people and get 3 different answers. Other than that, they are a great place to go, especially for first time trailer buyers.
