Off The Hook Laser Electrolysis and Spa

I have been seeing Adrienne for laser hair removal for a couple years. She is professional and personable and makes me feel comfortable while she is working. The spa is clean and well maintained. Their receptionist is always courteous and helpful . I've also had one massage and had my nails done once here - both services were great. 10/10 would recommend!

Off The Hook has truly been life changing for me. I have PCOS and suffer from facial hair. The last 28 years I have missed out on so much due to being scared to talk about it with anyone. I have had poor self esteem my whole life.I had a friend recommend them to me and from the moment I walked it I felt immediately comfortable.Right now I am seeing Adrianne for electrolysis and laser. She is professional and her knowledge is vast. She is caring and explains the process in detail and works with your comfort level. We chit chat the whole session which make the time fly by , I have even done 6hrs straight of electrolysis !!After a few months of seeing Adrianne and chatting with other staff in the salon.I now go to Lee for waxing. Started with legs and now I am doing a full Brazilian. NEVER in a million years would I ever even think about doing that service, but once again the kindness and comfort of this salon is unbelievable.And…..I also see Dallas for eyebrows. She does henna on them. They look the bomb when she’s done with them. I never though I could have perfectly shaped eyebrows for my face shape.It’s crazy how having your eyebrows done makes you look so good. A day with out make up and you still look “put together”Reception is incredible, They are super organized which makes booking a full treatment plan that is multiple sessions a breeze.If I could give Off the Hook 10000 stars I wouldI love love love how they are all inclusive. It doesn’t matter what walk of life you come from there is no need to be nervous.Trust me make the call and check them out ❤️

I have been to many spas and this is the best by far. The owner Leanna makes me feel valued and welcome. She’s also very funny!I have my pedicures with Dallas and they are always perfect.I have regular massages with Amanda who is an expert in this therapy. She has helped me with many issues. If you have hip problems she can help.Adrienne has the most effective electrolysis technique I have ever experienced. She is also good at laser and takes great pride in her work.Highly recommended!

A wonderful gem in St. Albert. I have been going to Off The Hook for about 7 or 8 years. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. I've had massages by both Amanda and Kara. They are both wonderful and so good at what they do. Dallas has been doing my eyebrows for years. And now does my nails too. She always does an Incredible job. They also all have a great sense of humor. Everyone genuinely loves what they do and you can definitely tell. Such a positive, fun and supportive environment. Leanna has built an incredible team. ❤️
