One of the best health food stores in Toronto. Worth the trip if you live further from the downtown area. They’re one of the last places to sell herbs and bulk foods. Knowledgeable staff. Very clean and well-maintained.

Fantastic health food store and so much more. This store is expertly managed in every conceivable way. They really understand what the neighborhood wants and stock accordingly. Produce is of the highest standard and mostly organic. Prices are good and quality is uniformly high. A model of efficiency and customer care.

They consistently have the best prices for supplements, even when comparing online vendors. I especially love that they carry high-quality professional vitamin brands you don’t usually see in store in Ontario (Genestra, Pure Encapsulations, etc).Non-vitamin/supplement items seem to be priced higher than other shops, but they also carry a good variety of things not easily found elsewhere.I really love shopping here, staff are always nice, though some are more knowledgeable about vitamins than others.

Has hard to find herbal supplements that are fairly priced. My favorite place to shop for organic herbal remedies. If what you need isn't available in store, they will try to order it for you and let you know when it arrives. Excellent customer service!

Awesome health food place for supplies. Good prices and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Only thing is it's brutally hard to find parking here and there's a trap out front as it's for taxis only and you might miss it and get a big ticket. I love the fact that you can phone and ask if they have a particular item in stock and they're very very helpful and knowledgeable. I get a lot of ingredients for my cosmetics company here as trust that they buy the best organic and natural ingredients. Also great for organic veggies and dairy in the back. Pretty much awesome stock and people as they're never short staffes. You have to give this place a try as it's by far my favourite !

I find this place consistently has great value on supplements. Also a pretty good variety health foods! The staff are helpful if it’s not too busy. Please consider stocking TruNiagen :)
