Went in for the first time yesterday. The sales Associate that helped me was so friendly and inviting. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful. Fantastic experience and will 100% be back.The ear rings I got look fantastic too.

My partner bought two Christmas gifts for me here. One was an opal ring and one a necklace. The chain necklace snapped within a few months of having it. We finally got around to going to the store, where they only offered a 25% discount on a new chain. The chain snapped when I adjusted it after getting some hair caught in it. I wasn't rough with it and granted it was a delicate chain, but I am super disappointed that they only offered a discount. A chain shouldn't snap with moving the clasp around to the back of my neck.We were also not provided care instructions for the opal ring. Apparently opals cannot go in water. This was not something we were made aware of. When we brought it in to be cleaned, they told my partner that we shouldn't have put it in water and now the opal is permanently yellow and tarnished. I am so disappointed that this important piece of information wasn't provided. If I had known, I would have never worn it in the shower. But it's a sterling silver ring, I assumed that and the opal would be okay in water. If something as simple as water can ruin a stone, customers need to be informed. My partner doesn't make much money, and knew I wanted an opal ring for Christmas. She saved up money, and now this opal is ruined because we weren't informed of one simple care item. Super disappointed.

Beautiful, dainty jewelry. Bought a necklace and turquoise ring in store today. Pamela was wonderful in providing me such an excellent service. She went above and beyond and I was able to get my new ring resized within minutes. I am sure to shop here again when I come back to visit Victoria. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful options and really cute store, bought a gold fill ring worn a handful of times and chipped/turned finger green (which never" happens). They replaced with another one but the same thing happened again

Love this store. I love my forever bands. The owner is genuine and caring. You can tell she puts her heart into her store and loves her employees/treats them well. She’s very informative and honest. This will be my new go to jewellery store.

I was assisted by the general manager with hopes to find a beautiful pair of earrings for my 14 year old daughters birthday. She helped me pick out her birthstone and made it a very pleasurable experience for a small ticket item. Wonderful to deal with.

I read a reviewer that said they had a ring adjusted in size at Flux and Stone. So I figured they'd be able to shorten a fine, sterling silver chain of mine. And they did, no problem. It took no time, and there was no charge for a simple shorten! They did charge to add a loop so the crab claw had something large enough to grab, but that was only about $3. The worker was very professional, and she helped me the moment she was done with a customer she was currently dealing with. While I waited, I looked at their merchandise, and it was really nice! Very simple designs that were just beautiful.

I just love this store, the beautiful jewelry and amazing helpful welcoming staff. I’m not sure of the owners name but she’s successful because she’s talented and also treats her customers like gold! I’ll be back again and again for these reasons!
