Their service was incredible. I was walking down the street thinking of getting a heat pump and saw one of the installers and asked him a few questions and he came to my house and had a quick look and made some recommendations about my space. I called a few days later and had someone come in for a quote, and set up an install date. They showed up on time, flawlessly installed the heat pump and left in what I felt like was excellent timing.The only thing better than their on-site service was their administrative team. They helped with the Green Rebate, scheduling any answering last minute questions.I couldn't be happier with my service from Twenty Degrees.

We consulted with Twenty Degrees and they gave us a price on which type of heat pumps to be installed. They were on time and did a great job. Their team arrived and were very professional. They did a great job. I have Zero complaints with the whole procedure.

This company installed a York heat pump in my home when we bought it two years ago. After a two week delay one guy showed up to my house on the install day two hours late to install everything. He left my house at 7:30pm without installing enough refrigerat, a filter or testing the equipment. I have had them back to do repairs (my mistake) and that was also poor. During one call when I had no heat the tech was not able to identify why my unit did not heat and just suggested I reset the power of it does it again. During that visit the tech left my unit with the wrong heat kit selected which caused it to defrost for hours, when I called back they said it was normal. It wasn’t until I looked into the setting that I saw the wrong model number selected with the wrong wattage. On their last service call because of a grinding sound in the pipes, they could not find a cause, told me to call back if it happened again and then sent a bill for a cleaning that they did not do but sent it because they later determined a dirty filter was the cause. Still have the issue from time to time and have changed my filter many times since then. Very poor company and would not reccomend for service or install.

Twenty Degrees installed my Fujitsu heat pumps 9 years and we've never had any problems until about a month ago. After contacting Twenty Degrees they scheduled me in quickly. I was impressed with HVAC Tech Greg who explained everything during first visit when he suggested that the door may need to be replaced and he was correct. During visits when he replaced door and micro switch he also noticed that both my outdoor units had noisy fan motors. Just received text stating Greg will be retuning to replace fan motor. First rate company that I highly recommend.

We used Twenty Degrees to replace our existing installation of a heat pump with a newer model. From the first call, what set Twenty Degrees apart from the other organizations we contacted was their knowledge and experience which became apparent through the insightful questions they asked and their attention to detail. Everything form the quote, through the installation was handled smoothly and professionally. The installers were meticulous in their work, taking care to remove the existing hardware and put the new equipment in place with a minimum of disruption during the process. They provided updates as they worked - and where decisions needed to be made provided their analysis and recommendations to us in the process. Before leaving, they made sure that all equipment worked to our satisfaction and provided a tutorial on the operations, along with tips on how to maintain and get the best performance from the units. It is with great pleasure that we would recommend Twenty Degrees to anyone buying a new heat pump or replacing an existing one.

Service excellent / products perfect / electricians not so perfect / products “Fujitsu”, excellent. I am going to have them install two more this winter or spring. Also very reasonably priced.

Have had Twenty Degrees install heat pumps in my home and our church. Great experience with both. They are very professional, honest and responsive. Would highly recommend this company for HVAC and heat pump systems.

Can't say enough good things about the service and provided by Gordon and his team. Everything was completed as promised in a timely & efficient manner. The technicians were quite personable and took the time to explain everything including maintenance of the units and operations of the controls. The install looks very neat and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a long term investment ( Fujitsu reputation speaks for itself). Thanks again !

In February 2021 we had Twenty Degree install a second heat pump. During the initial assessment it was identified we required an electrical upgrade. Staff recommended a sub-contractor who completed the work ontime, within budget and did an excellent job. Staff for 20 Degrees then installed the heat pump on the scheduled day (coldest of the winter) without issue. Over the past 20 months we have used the heat pump non-stop for cooling, dehumidifier and heating and have been extremely please with the performance of the unit. All staff we were involved with were professional, courteous and helpful explaining the process.
