Rob is an absolute amazing superintendent!The inside and outside of the building is very well maintained and up kept. It doesn't matter what time day or night that if there is an emergency he is on top of it right away, he is always working and if anyone needs him we can either call or we can find him in or outside working. He is so very kind, polite and very easy to speak to. Thank you Rob for all your hard work that you so for us all.

The superintendent at 255 Rob is absolutely amazing to deal with, super kind and friendly. The building and property is always kept up and clean !! I absolutely love dealing with someone who actually cares about his job !!

Elevator works well and gardens are nice done just needs an office so that we can go visually see the owners or the ones maintaining and ask for our requirements
