Canada Post

We sent a package from Germany costing 85 euros in The beginning of November. I just received it back today January 22nd. The house number was accidentally written wrong. I admit my fault to that, but they never contacted me though email to ask for the right information even though the tracking said verifying package. Whats the point of them asking for our email and phone number if they don't actually use it? Now I had to pay an additional 20 euros to receive the package back!. So I paid $162 canadian dollars for nothing! My brother also said the post office typed the address from their package wrong and sent it back to them.

My packages always land here for 2-3 days past the expected delivery so items are always late. I feel like you guys do not continue moving packages until you have a truck load, so if it's a light week it makes packages a few days late, this should not be happening but I suspect It is, ive created a ticket with the ombudsman to investigate

Some of the veteran employees there are good, but if you go on a day with a new person, they are working alone and you will have to wait a very long time. Support your new employees!

Will never understand why packages go way out of the way even passing the location of delivery. Had a package for shipping from Toronto to newmarket. It's been in stoney creek, Mississauga, and and now holland landing. It was ordered on 19th of january. Now feb 9th. Could of picked it up myself ugh....

I’ve never had too much of an issue with the workers there but I had gone earlier today to ship out a package and I’m still starting a small business so it’s my first few times shipping something out. First two times I’ve gone to ship packages the nice young lady working there was so helpful. But today I went and this older lady was there. I said that I’d like to ship out a package and she instantly started giving me attitude. I was like oh I usually come in I choose the shipment type with the lady pay first then I can write out the address on label. She gave me attitude and told me that she will not give me label and that everyone has a different way of doing things (which I don’t get cause it should be the company’s way) which she went to claim that the COMPANY is eliminating paper and label use???!!! —- Which I know isn’t even true?I went ahead anyway and wrote out the from and to address info with a marker ON the package. Ruining completely how the package would look from outside. She then continued to give me attitude as I went ahead and paid.What is bothering me isn’t the fact she told me that the package is supposed to be “pre-labeled” cause maybe she is right but as someone who doesn’t know better she didn’t even offer for me to even purchase label or even mention to me that there is ways for me to sign up for “snap ship” thru Canada post for example which is actually even cheaper that what she charged me in person for my package. She was more focused on being right and having a disgusting attitude than helping out a customer which is literally what she is supposed to be getting paid to do.Please hire more like the younger lady that would give me shipping labels without even letting me know or feel like I should’ve had that done or like she’s doing me a favour. That’s what I call great customer service.

It really depends who is working, but the young woman that I've interacted with working there has always been helpful and ensured that things went smoothly.

Closed on a non holiday in Ontario for holiday.While other Canada post in Toronto area are open.

I like Canada Post but I don't see this company being relevant for much longer. I feel disappointed with Canada Post every time I have an interaction with their company. I find their hours of operation are very unhelpful and inconvenient. There are almost no times I am available to visit this location because I work out of town and I work regular business hours. Also, I find the community mailboxes dreadful. Door to door service is ideal. Community mail boxes are awful. When I order something on Amazon, not only do I get a person in an Enterprise rental vehicle outside my house the next day delivering the item, they also don't charge me for the service. If I want to mail a tiny envelope with one piece of paper I have to pay .84¢ cents with Canada Post. I think that is too expensive. Amazon got creative when they developed their system to ensure their company could deliver the best services possible. That's why I'm happy to pay $80 a year for their prime service. I get next day delivery from someone in an Enterprise rental vehicle, that Enterprise vehicle arrives on Saturdays and Sundays, I never pay for shipping outside my annual fee, and my annual fee provides me with limitless movie and music streaming services. There are more services provided through Prime that I don't even know yet, such as free Kobo books and other services. I would never expect to receive the same level of service from Canada Post. I would never expect Canada Post to dazzle me. I expect to always be disappointed by Canada Post.
