Quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. The only downside is that this trip will take about 2 hours of your time even if it's not busy.Make sure to have all your documents in order! Many people were turned away because they didn't have their proper documents with them.

Worst service. I am pregnant and applied for sickness benefits. I had some queations regarding reporting and the person on front she didnt let me talk to the agent, as i was confused about some questions. She was so rude . After standing one hour in line , i got no answer at all.

I hade appointment for biometric at 10:30 but I had to wait for an hour but no one responded me. So bad service here. Only 3 persons in the service centre. But they don’t care about anything.
