I have been to the Whitby store for several years and they are friendly, provide excellent explanations and quotes for all services, treat my jewellery as if it were their own and their service is quick and prices reasonable for the quality workmanship they provide. Absolutely incredible service! I went in to get a necklace repaired and only realized after it was repaired, that I wanted to have it sized down. They were so accommodating and did exactly what I asked for. Every single staff member was not only helpful but so friendly and knowledgeable. If you need repair services, they’re able to do it right on the spot - at least for necklace repairs and soldering.While my repairs were being done, I looked around for another necklace and their prices were very fair. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs or even purchasing jewelry!Thank you to everyone who helped me fix a very special necklace today!

Went to Graziella Whitby for a birthday gift for my mother in law - bought a beautiful starfish ring. It’s absolutely gorgeous and perfect match to another piece she has in her collection - customer service was excellent and all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. When I first walked into Graziella Whitby I had my heart set on a specific wedding band. After chatting with Alex, he told me that the band wasn’t durable and had weak spots that weren’t going to hold up over time. I really appreciated his honesty. We decided to recreate the band that I loved but add some metal to strengthen the weak spots without compromising the appearance.My fiancé was looking for a black metal wedding ring. Alex was very patient with his indecisiveness and explained the pros and cons of each of the rings.We have been to Graziella a few other times for a watch battery, engagement ring sizing, and other inquiries. The staff are so friendly, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We will be lifelong customers.If you are looking for a reason to go into Graziella Whitby, it’s time to stop scrolling and just do it. This is a large and fancy jewellery store with a security camera at the entrance that will make you take your glasses off before you can enter the store. I made an appointment online for a jewellery repair, arrived on time but no one was expecting me. However a sales lady made herself available and she seemed nice. I have to agree with another reviewer though: Graziella treats some customers in a condescending manner, provides poor service (unless you spend the big bucks) and charge high prices (for even small repairs). To the store owner: you have read these types of reviews more once so you can no longer be shocked." With so many other options
