Apartment was really good. Especially the CLA ( Debra) was really helpful since the time I moved in. Even the whole team was really good at their job. The maintenance guy Cory was really good at his work, whenever I have a maintenance he is on time.It is a nice and clean apartment's and fully renovated.The entire team is above and beyond.

Recently moved in. The move in process for me was a little bit tough but well worth the wait. The renovations done to the apartments were fantastic. Stainless appliances, two tone cupboards, you name it. The complex is pretty quiet. The walls are almost soundproof. The people are friendly. You can always rely on Debbie to answer any concerns. Kim is always hard at work keeping the complex’s clean and tidy, aswell as the yard which is great. People are welcoming and quiet. Location is great for me close to the 401 and outside of the core of Trenton. All in all very minimal complaints

Debra is fantastic phone and questions answered right away if not there is a call back very soon. Cory with maintenance is also very good responds to email right away and the building is kept very clean

Update to my stay:Had my truck parked in a space I pay 50 dollars a month for. Overnight my vehicle was keyed in the parking lot and needs the driver side repainted. I contacted CLV, not asking for payment, but asking for cameras so this doesn’t happen to anybody else, and if it does, then it can be caught on camera. They told me that it’s not in the budget. Safety is not in the budget!!! I will be telling everybody how big of crooks these guys are. Head office never answers the phone and the managers tell me, “oh well”. DONT RENT HERE! Big waste of money with minimal security!2nd updateWater line blew and went unnoticed since such a small leak. The water ran under the floor and out the front door, and up around the walls. I contacted the maintenance/cleaning team who did a great job repairing the leak. We have had extensive water damage to the floor and walls, mould growing in the apartment. Chris McCullough, property manager, has let us live in the basement pond for the last 2 weeks with no repairs made to the floor or mould on walls. So new renters beware of the lack of care by upper management for your health and safety. We have had to contact the health unit and property standards over this. RENTERS BEWARE, Chris DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING3RD update.We are multiple weeks into living in an apartment full of water and growing black mould. CLV has brushed this off. CLV makes sure you have tenant insurance before moving in, because when something breaks/floods, Chris ensures that all of your stuff is destroyed before giving the green light to a carpenter (which we’re still waiting for). Our apartment is STILL WET. FOR WEEKS NOW. Make sure your health insurance is top notch. ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT PRESENTED BY DEBRA SALOMON AND CHRIS MCCULLOUGH. The cleaning and maintenance team deserve a huge high five and anybody else who works under CLV management. They don’t care about people’s health and safety so I can only imagine how they treat their employees.

I and my partner had a lease takeover last Sept for our very first apartment together. CLV staff Deb and Kim have been a beacon of light, helping us get settled and even letting us in when we were locked out. We've never had any issues, when maintenance is needed, they are always very quick to solve any problems that pop up by placing a work order. Since moving in, we got a new fridge when ours broke, which they made sure to upgrade, this made us feel well taken care of. Our tub was leaky, so they gave us an updated soaker tub. When our door knob was broken, they replaced it the same day. Overall knowing your landlord and the CLV team has our back with maintenance and quality of life things like this makes us happy to be tenants here. I have to give our old maintenance guy Cory a shout-out, he was such an amazing member of the CLV team also. Looking forward to the future here. Great spot for us.

My experience renting at CLV has been awesome. Debbie is wonderful as she made the renting process easy and hassle-free. Matt has been amazing as well. There has been a couple times where there's been a leak in my roof and Matt was here same day to fix, even after hours. Overall, my experience with CLV has been great and I would definitely recommend!

I have lived in the North Murray apartments now for 6 years and love it! The staff is professional and caring. Any tiny issues that I've had over the years have been dealt with quickly and with a smile. As a dog lover I am over the moon about the grounds. The buildings are well maintained and very clean. Kim keeps the buildings so clean and Corey is an excellent maintenance person who does a great job of attending to small issues in a timely manor. I would highly recommend it as a future home for someone. Having moved from the east coast it feels very familiar. You just have to drive downtown to see the Trent.waterway. I love living here.

Good place to live, close to everything you could need. The people in the other apartments are really friendly and when things need to be fixed the landlord gets right on top of it and gets it done. Haven't heard a bad word about the area from anyone living here.

The worst rental company we have dealt with. Apartment units are awful to live in. The buildings are dirty. Management is very difficult to work with and does not resolve any issues.

Dear CLV Group Management,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent application process I underwent with your company. I had high hopes of securing a rental unit and looked forward to becoming a tenant at one of your properties. However, I was met with a series of unexplained delays and ultimately faced an unjustified denial of my application.Firstly, I would like to address the issue of my last month's rent being held for an extended period of time without any apparent reason. This delay caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. As a responsible applicant, I had provided all the required documentation, including a guarantor and evidence of good credit standing. There was no valid justification for withholding my last month's rent, leading to undue uncertainty and hindering my ability to explore alternative housing options.Furthermore, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Debra during my interaction with CLV Group. It came to my knowledge, through a conversation with Debra, that she intended to make the application process more challenging for me due to a previous incident involving an apartment on Hamilton Landing. However, I would like to emphasize that my change of mind regarding that particular unit was prompted by the expiration of the link provided, leaving me unable to proceed further. Penalizing me for circumstances beyond my control is unfair and unbecoming of a reputable property management company.
