If you need any services that apple provides (Applecare+, etc) this is the spot you go as the closest actual Apple Store is located at the Mapleview mall which is located all the way in Hamilton. Wish they had an actual Apple Store in Niagara but this is the next best thing

Very much bad experience because today is my birthday and i went for buying an iphone 14 pro max and the behaviour was very rude you can check it out in camera but this is not how you behave with customers right! He told us me and my brother to that i can send you out of the store and watch your mouth is this how service you are giving! We only asked him politely that you are new may be you don’t know and he responds very rude and we directly went out of the store !Very bad service! I am not going to recommend this store to my family and frds !

The sales lead was actually great to us when I bought the iPad Pro. However, the assistant manager was condescending and rude for zero reason.Probably won’t return as she was not only grossly incompetent but awful to speak to. This was all very apparent from only a 2 minute interaction too.

The service was horrible. I went in 2 times to ask about information and product advice and salesperson didn’t help at all, her attitude, her short answers just everything was bad. absolutely no help at all. I call apple directly way better service! Save your time and trip and just buy directly from apple.

I visited the one in Pen Center on the 23rd of June Worst customer service, ever. We went in to ask and possibly buy a new gadget but we got the coldest welcome, no proper advice and one word answers to our questions. Forgot the guy who assisted us but he was the floor lead, shocking!! We ended up buying the gadget elsewhere and will never recommend your store.

Worst service.Their employees don't know what they are doing. We went there to buy a phone on 2year terms and the guy who works there was so confused about the process as we found out he was a new guy we gave him his space but out of nowhere he started screaming at some other customer for not getting him some kind of password then he came to us with that face and started talking with us rudely do you wanna get the phone?" Or else just leave I don't know some process.We just left and bought the phone online from Apple"

The service is bad. When questioned about the product that was bought for iPhone 14 camera protection, the response was we can do a refund. We’ll help me with understanding the product. Not good at all, rushed in customer service

This is probably the WORST locations I’ve been to. The district manager Natasha is good for nothing, she needs to focus on making sure her staff are well educated on what they are selling and focus on what real customer service is. Natasha is very rude and condescending. Her attitude is absolutely TERRIBLE and she needs a better understanding of life and not just constantly saying “these are Apple’s policies). I waited in the store for about 15 minutes before I had to go open to a sales lead (Alyssa) and her attitude is even worse than Natasha’s. You can clearly tell she did not want to help out and was more focused in her conversation. As someone who is a “sales lead” you would expect them to be the leader of the store…NOPE not here. She was standing around with this other small, chubby Indian girl talking about how she is newly engaged to her girlfriend, while I was in the store waiting to be helped. This store has gone to absolute garbage ever since Natasha has been a manager. On the plus - the man who did help us (Loic) was very very helpful and informative. He deserves a raise! Moral of the story - if going here…DONT: or stay far away from Natasha, Harjot and Alyssa.
