They'll send you multiple different invoices with no clue on which one you actually need to pay, when one is late they charge you extra fees now one way trip across the bridge cost you over $50. Pure corruption in the making. Avoid that bridge

Absolute roberry. It feels right away like you're in Laval with it's mafiosos after crossing this bridge. They send you a letter by mail with a 3.12$ fee + 6.50$ for administration fees. What the ****? Why not simply put an automated payment cashier with a barrier to pay only the actual 3.12$ fee just like anywhere else? The answer is obvious: the owners are thieves. I will never cross this bridge again.

** HIGHWAY ROBBERY ** Gives full meaning to the term highway robbery! Careful as they will send you a $40 late fee after not sending you the original invoice!!! There is a class action suit linked to this company. Avoid at all costs (no pun intended).

Worst customer service experience. I crossed the bridge 2 times and now I've to pay 116$. Why? Because I forgot to pay the initial bill when it was 9$. A new way of stealing money.

I got a bridge to sell you!In all seriousness, privatization of transport infrastructure is always a nightmare. Transurban, a foreign company, is profiting daily from our transportation infrastructure's flaws and will keep enjoying (maybe even pushing for) our lack of mobility in the greater Montreal area.

No clue this was a toll bridge! No signs when approaching! If you're unlucky to pass here you'll just receive a ~$10 invoice in the mail... That's when you'll see all these reviews and wonder how is this still legal!

Their customer service is mecanical and knows only how to read their rules to you.They live and are financed by Abusive charges.In my particular case their system was down for almost 2 weeks and I couldn't make a payment. I sent them an email and they said try again next week. The site finally worked but forced me to re-create my account. By that time my vehicle had changed license plate, and the system would not allow me to pay the invoice.I then received a reminder by mail, with 35$ recovery charges on each invoice. I called to explain the situation and they refused, all the way to the Supervisor to remove the abusive Recovery charges. They also made me feel like a liar that their site never went down more than a couple of hours. I referred them to an email response from their email customer service showing they were down for more than one week. Still refused to reimburse me the charges. I will drag this to court and would rather spend thousands of dollars just for the principal than to pay them those abusive charges. Being connected to the media I will make every effort to make sure people know their tactics and that they get proper coverage for it. We will not be abused.

Why this company exists? Stealing people's money to cross a bridge. They charge 2,80 to cross that's ok. And then... SURPRISE... surplus de frais d'administration de 5,84. So, you'll ended up paying almost 9$ to cross a bridge. What a steal... Even 1$ would be expensive.

I don’t usually leave reviews . But this one deserved one. I got an invoice for $50 for a passing that I myself didn’t do (i wasn't even in the country) , after not receivinG the first invoice. I told them i can show proof that it wasn't me and that no invoice was ever received by me or anybody at home . What they’re response was , was that “they’re not responsible for the reception of the notice , only responsible to send it out” . I even tried to negotiate paying the the fees ($35) . They refused. They said if i don’t pay , they’ll up the fees AGAIN and then send me to collections. A $7 toll can turn to $50 in 30 days , 30 days later $100+ and then collection agency (stays on your record for 7 years) . If anybody that works there is reading this post , i want u to know that your mom’s a H0E
