What an amazing experience we’ve had with Grapids! From start to finish the process was wonderful. Todd came out within hours of calling to get a quote to upgrade our furnace and add AC to our home. Our furnace was over 20 years old functioning but a bit of a head scratcher. Additionally we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. Grapids was able to subcontract that for us too. Tyler and Eric came out the very next day (bright and early) and spent the day reconstruction our HVAC system. Prior to their arrival we decided to add a humidifier to the unit. The office was seemlessly able to add that to our work order. Todd swang back out to check in on the progress and make sure we were happy. Throughout the day several members of Grapid came through to bring supplies and check in. The stars of the show were definitely Tyler and Eric who worked until after 7pm to complete the HVAC job. They worked well together and I could overhear them as I graded papers upstairs. They treated each other with respect and humor. It was so refreshing to have work done in our home by such wonderful people. They even took the time to FaceTime with my husband who was at work to show the final product and answer all of his questions. Without hesitation I will recommend Grapids (specifically Todd, Tyler and Eric) to anyone!

Brandon with Grapids Home Services was amazing to work with. I scheduled an AC tune up to make sure my unit was good to go for the rest of the summer. Brandon walked me through everything in terms that I could understand, verified where I was all set and highlighted what I should keep an eye on moving forward. 10/10 experience, I’ll definitely hire Grapids Home Services next year and hopefully Brandon will be my technician again.

From the first visit to the installation everyone was very respectful and polite and explained everything really well and we did not feel pressured! Everyone did a great job on making sure what we needed was right for our home. Highly recommend Grapids to everyone!

Fantastic service from the moment I made the first call. Schedulers were polite and kept me well informed.about my appointment. My service tech (Manalo) was awesome. He walked me through every aspect (with camera) of the inspection on both my furnace and AC. He explained things carefully and always made sure to ask if I had any questions before moving in. Very knowledgeable. Very professional.

Service was still provided as scheduled.Annalise was a pleasure to work with. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, expedient and efficient! Greg messaged before he arrived, which was appreciated so I could put my dog in the bedroom. Throughout the visit we chatted and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with pointing out things I wouldn't have known about. Reviewing the report with me, he explained everything and showed photos to better help me understand. He went over options and setup the next steps with me. Overall it was a great service.

Very professional, got to know us as a family and our needs. Was able to work with what we could afford and found a good price. Sales rep added in 400$ worth for plumbing that he thought was needed when he came out to give quote. A crew came out next day after agreeing to a price for New furnace and ac installation and was done by 3pm. They did not need a plumber, so I called and spoke with a manager and they reimbursed our 400$ that was added into our price. A week after installation(today), we received a wonderful assortment of decorated cookies with a card attached! Not only did they send the gift, the card on it had the correct spelling of my name which I thought was very personable, as most people see my name and go straight to spelling it Jordan(which it’s actually spelled Jordon). This little gesture may not seem much to anyone reading this, but it’s nice to see they paid attention to detail. Would highly recommend! Thank you Todd(sales rep) for working with us and our needs!

Patrick was very friendly and helpful! He was great at explaining what he was testing and what he was finding. They were friendly with the start of the phone call to make the appointment. Appreciated their flexibility for a later service to accommodate my work schedule without a major price hike. Then was able to pay the service call fee price to get a 6 month membership for future service call to be included.

I had a wonderful experience working with the Grapids team, including their office staff, consultants, technicians, and service team. They were prompt in their response and provided us with various solutions that catered to our home and financial requirements. Overall, their flexibility and helpfulness were truly appreciated. I highly recommend their services.

At first we had the technicians come out and take a look at our systems. The two gentlemen were very upfront and honest about the state of our HVAC system. They also took the time to explain and show us the areas of concern. Then, we were able to schedule an appointment to discuss our options for the following night. Once again we were impressed with their professionalism. To top it all off, they were able to install our furnaces, ACs and water heater the very next day! I am beyond impressed with this company and would highly recommend them for any of the services you need addressed. They have gone above and beyond with their customer service to include a thank you gift. One of the best experiences we’ve had!
