316 has the Worst service among all busesToday i had this bus at around 6.50I was standing on old yield road on university drive.But the route was blocked by cops.I ran towards the bay 7 and reached at time.The drive closed the door and do not open it for meI had groceries in my hand more than 20 kgsBut he do not opened the door and gave a a bad hand gesture.Please take action on that bus drive.You can check the video camera in available in the bus

Express" bus driver did not show up during a snowstorm. Hundreds of people waited for over an hour and half. At the end a TransLink guys told us to go and try to fetch the bus anywhere on the route!"

Surrey Central sucks. It has the worst design and it's always overcrowded because of it. People constantly walking in front of buses and traffic slows everything down.They've had the escalators on the north entrance down for over 2 months. It's poorly maintained and there are too many weirdos in the area that you'll want to keep away from if you have children.Blows my goddamn mind they built a million dollar hotel right next to this dump.
