So grateful for this company and their amazing, compassionate care with Baloo. They sent a wonderful vet to our home so Baloo wouldn’t have the added stress of “going to the vet” on an already stressful and sad day. Jaimie was also here to take his remains for cremation and was very sensitive to us. I could not recommend them enough for the ease and compassion they have shown us. Highly recommend for your pet needs and will use them again in the future as the need arises. Thank you again Part of the Family team ❤️

Words can not express what Ardeth and Caroline did for us today. We did not get a proper chance to be with our boy when he was at the vet due to there closing time and wanting us to leave.Ardeth let us in after hours and we brought Gibson there and were given as much time as we needed for some proper closure.Bless you all and thank you, i wasnt able to speak much today to you but hope this gets to you.

We unfortunately had to use Part of the Family twice in less than 6 months. Both times they were absolutely lovely. The team is incredibly compassionate and comforting during such a difficult time for our family. I truly appreciate the work that they do and I hope that I don't have to see them again for at least a few more years. ❤️

I had never considered 'Vets to Go' when losing a pet member of my family but recently used them. As part of their service, they work with 'Part of the Family'. I cannot say enough about this place and how compassionate and caring they are. Plus the drive out to get my pets ashes turned out to be part of the healing process. It was a glorious summer day and this place is located in the country. Driving out I had time to reflect on my pets life.The grounds of 'Part of the Family' itself is simply beautiful. There is a serenity to this place that surpasses any expectation you could have. I brought my other 2 dogs with me and we went for a little walkabout. The stillness, the quiet, the chirping of the birds... The best way to describe it was a piece of heaven.The staff and their caring attitude has to be mentioned as well. They are so sympathetic.. its like they truly understand your grief.God Bless you all and on behalf of my little Jiggs, thank you for making this difficult time so much easier.

If your Fur Baby has passed away. Go here. Compassionate Respectful and Intimate last room to say your farewells.This is the best place ever. I called and wondered what to do about our Cat Winston. They were way cheaper than dropping him off at the vet. Never mind having to carry your passed away baby past people waiting with their loved one. So they set up your own time to come in. All you and nobody else. Very caring place. They also have a room where they set your little baby up and you can go in for one last good bye so amazing. Greatest thing i could have done for my Grieving Ladies of the house.We donated our Winston to science. And they mentioned they do get him back and do a group cremation and you can come back to their field of dreams where they spread the ashes after this is a free thing. Wow. They are the best. I dont know how to promote them anymore. But this place is where all my fur babies will come in the future.I can remove the photo if it is not appropriate. But that is our Boy Winston’s forever sleep pose.We paid for the ink print $40.00. Made Right away for us while we were there. They gave us a candle with his name on it without even asking. Wow. Great place.

The staff were all wonderful and compassionate. The reason for only 4 stars is the hours…. Please please I would urge you to expand your hours for those people who work full time and/or on weekends!

Hello Ardeth,We can't thank you, Crystal and the rest your staff enough again for the beautiful service for our beloved Shadow.It was very professional, and personalized, it provided me the closure that I needed to ensure that Shadow was transitioned and cremated in a respectful, and dignified manner. And being able to view Shadow, along with viewing the private cremation ceremony, left no doubt, and put my mind at ease, lifting a huge heaviness from my heart.We were treated in a respectful and dignified manor, as our beloved Shadow was also.I highly recommend to anyone to use the services of Part Of The Family Pet Memorial Center "Ross"

My daughter lost her beloved cat, Chester. We brought my heart broken daughter and Chester to you and were met by Jennifer. Jennifer you are the perfect soul for your job. You were professional, but offered such empathy during our time at Part of the Family Pet Memorial Centre. We arrived to you in such distress and left you, feeling such a sense of peace. I can’t thank you enough for giving that peace to my daughter that awful morning. Chester is now back home in his lovely urn. Our family is so grateful for your compassionate, affordable and professional service. Again, a huge shout out to your amazing Jennifer, who led us so kindly through the process.

We recently lost our family dog Riley to cancer, he was a much loved little treasure in our family. We always take care of our family members last arrangements, and family members" include the animals. In the past we would just have to drop them off on a table in a room at the place that did private cremations. Not here!! I was delighted in being able to take a tour of the facility to see exactly how everything is handled. I was especially happy to see a room that was warm and cozy where you could say your last goodbyes!! This was like a funeral home for people
