Don't book online, use this travel agency. I had to reschedule my trip due to a covid infection. Sunwing said I had to wait for my voucher to arrive in a couple of months to rebook. Travel sensations sorted it out in a day. Super staff.

Booked an all inclusive Caribbean plan for a large group through them in 2020. I also booked through their Fairview mall office once a couple years ago.Shelly is super friendly and cooperative, smooth experience and good deal.
