The team provides great customer service, which makes it easy and comfortable to discus all the details of the work that needs to be done. Kirei was professional, quick and efficient. I used them first as a move-out cleaning service in August 2021 and I was impressed at how clean the rental unit was, and I have used their services for regular housecleaning for the first time today. Diana was a fast and communicative administrator and the cleaners who came today, Andrea and Erika R, were very polite and patient despite me and my toddler underfoot. Our house is so clean! We have been using this company for over two years to clean our apartment building common areas, shared tenant bathroom, managers suite, and suites between tenancies. Their work is always exceptional. I have not had a single tenant complaint in all that time. Julio and his team care about the quality of their work and make personalized efforts to ensure we are happy and taken care of.
