Ross Equipment Ltd

We have used Ross Equipment for 15+ years for our forklift service. They are fast and reliable and have been very transparent and honest with us. There service has always fixed our issues. We have even purchased a couple used forklifts off them over the years.

Disappointed with lack of communication. Placed an order, had some of it back ordered. I had to always check in on it. When it did arrive they did not contact me. I had to do all the tracking on my own. In short, poor customer service

Took our lift to Ross for some maintenance/repairs. They QUOTED the job, I spoke wiith Nattalie via phine and she said there was no extra charges as it was a QUOTED job. Then Dwayne said something to her and she hung up. (Although she says we were disconnected). Then i get a email from her that the bill is an EXTRA 1200.00 more cause they had difficulty taking off the part. NOT more parts repaired but the part was hard to take off. So much for THE QUOTED JOB. Best part is the QUOTE comes with some writing on the Bottom. PSST Maybe you employees should know what you own policies are. WHICH the words on the bottom are ….Upon tear down youll be immediately notified of extra charges …… MMMmI wasnt notified. I paid them, calmly voiced my concerned and left this Unprofessional and a bit shady business. Wont be going back there. TRUE STORY

Specialty Interiors has been using Great West forklift Maintenance for years but was getting fed up with their pricing and service. We need to move from skids of products from one warehouse to another. Great West provided us with a forklift which seemed to be from the 60's! Very unimpressed and bare worked. Was recommended after calling around to phone Dwayne at Ross Equipment as we had to get a forklift the very next day! Well, after speaking to Dwayne, he understood how bad the situation was and he made it happen the very next day! Newer forklift which ran great and did the job! I am so impressed that i even recommended a friend of mine who runs operations at a much bigger company to contact Dwayne from Ross Equipment!Ever since, i stuck with Dwayne and Ross Equipment and will never switch back. Keep up the great work Dwayne!

Always great and speedy service as required and forklift training is done effectively. Employee's well trained in forklift operations.

I had the pleasure of working for Ross equipment for about 4 to 4 and half weeks my bosses were good people but the VP him self isn't a man of his word didn't get the wage that was agreed upon the job site was so unorganized and half the staff were stoned 24/7 driving to the job site its self was 3 hours there and back which wasnt payed for and also another agreement that wasn't held up and when I bring everything that should be fixed up with the VP and ask for a more reasonable wage and not a McDonalds wage he says he will just hire more guys I wouldnt recommend working for this company and If you do get it in writing or you might get screwed.... Oh and just to top it off the VP never supplied water which is illegal took a good supervisor paying out his own pocket that's my experience with Ross equipment

Scott is an amazing sales rep. I’ve bought numerous forklifts and low lifts from him. He always takes the time to review all the options with me and doesn’t pressure to add-on items I don’t need. He is fair and reasonable with negotiations and makes sure the terms and conditions work for both parties. Scott’s knowledge of the specs of the equipment and maintenance is top notch! This guy knows his stuff and he’s backed by an amazing group of technicians who respond promptly if service is required.
