Apple Coquitlam Centre
Really good experience yesterday. Great customer service by (pretty sure I've got the name wrong, my apologies) Brent ?I bought my first iphone yesterday (not in this store). Well, I went into the Apple store and stood in front of the phonecases with absolutely no idea. He approached me really friendly and offered help, which was obviously needed. He helped me out with case, charger and headphones. I tried it the last 24 hours and everything works just perfect. His expertise and advice with the headphones was fantastic. Since I've got tiny ears he suggested the smallest version. They fit ideal. Also really appreciated his honesty. Would go to this store any time.Thank you!

Im super disappointed with the service this store provides. I bought a new phone in February from this store and I realised I’m not receiving calls. I came to the location and they told me it’s antenna issue in the phone. I told the person I have a business and I pay a lot of money to receive calls and it’s been a couple months that Im not receiving all the phone calls. People that tried to reach me have told me they have to call 2-3 times before the call goes through.They right away wanted me to sign a paper that shows they are not responsible if I lose any data on the phone. The person was extremely rude, not professional at all. Her name is Julie and the supervisors name is David. They both did not provide a solution and made me wait in the store for 5 hours without fixing my problem. Julie also said “I’m not a good technician”. I don’t understand how the staff can speak like this to their clients. They made me feel like I have no one to speak with, completely lost and helpless. They tried to convince me to buy a new phone and after I get mine back to provide me a refund. It’s a new device that is not functioning properly I asked them to give me a new phone since it’s under warranty and they refused. I also have apple care but in this case it’s not relevant to this issue since it’s a manufacturer problem. They opened my phone, they said they fixed it and sent me home. They restarted my phone and I lost a lot of my personal information and still the issue maintains, my phone is not functioning. I spent over $2000 on this device it’s absolutely nonsense, super unprofessional to sell me a broken device. I highly recommend NOT to come to this store and to think twice before you come purchase from here. There is 4 more Apple store in BC, better to try them before. I’m sorry to write this review I’m hoping my issue gets resolved and that Apple will learn from those mistakes and learn to serve the customer better.

Went to the store on June 30th to trade in my phone and the lady who served me asked her manager if my phone was acceptable due to a small tiny crack just on the edge of the phone that was barely noticeable. Shortly after, she comes back and mentions they were not able to accept it. Eventually, I spoke with the manager and he mentions that there was no value and I was not able to trade it in. I told him that I have been doing this for years and know the guidelines but he said that was the past other years and things change. I wish I got both of there names, however, I do remember there faces. I left the store and called the customer service line to get a second opinion and they mentioned the store should’ve accepted it and booked me in for an appointment at the Apple store at Metrotown. Went to the store at Metrotown yesterday and it was done in less than 5 minutes. I asked the worker just for a third opinion out of curiosity about why the Coquitlam store didn’t accept the phone and he doesn’t know why they wouldn’t either and should’ve accepted it. If anyone who is planning to come to this store please don’t waste your time and go to the Metrotown location. The manager at the Coquitlam store should be retrained as his judgement was questionable.

Have had to go in twice for phone issues where I was needing to use my apple care. Both times there were major issues all caused on Telus’ end, both times resulting in spending close to 3 hours in the Apple store both times. I was coincidentally helped in both situations by Katie and she was absolutely amazing! She made the process as painless and stress free as possible and I had everything resolved and a replacement phone by the time I left.

The 2 staff who assisted me in purchasing my iPad were amazing. However, the other two staff who were supposed to help set-up not really a great experience. If not I could have given them 5 stars.

Because of the incompantance and lack of responsibility as a service provider for Rogers the employee who helped me and boyfriend in April of this year has cost me over $250 in set up fees, connection fees and being given the complete run around! He promised me promos and discounts which weren't even added on my account and now rogers won't do anything to help either because they said it's Apple's responsibility since that's where I set up intial services. When I went back to apple less than 2wks ago again I was given the run around by someone claiming to be in management and he said he'd look into it and either himself personally or his colleague would get back to me and still nothing! My services with rogers are now going to be suspended and someone needs to take some accountability and responsibility for all this mess they've caused to myself and my boyfriend! I have absolutely no problem going to another provider and will if this ridiculousness isn't cleared up asap!I've seen many other people have similar services happen to them at this apple location obviously your staff needs to be retrained or something

I went to pick up my order only to find they *mishandled* my order and dropped it with deep dent. Apple products easily go for over $1000. The staffs need to handle inventories more carefully. It's a shame Apple's eco packaging means minimal packaging with less protection and staffs better be more responsible.

I had an absolute amazing customer service experience today, thanks to Mo. I came in looking to upgrade my phone - of which I knew nothing about. Mo explained all the options and made making a decision so easy. Mo even helped me bring my monthly Telus plan down by $10 a month, with 50% more data! Very impressed with his service. I HIGHLY recommend upgrading your phone through Apple and ask for Mo!

Customer service at an Apple Store looks a lot like making an appointment an hour from your interaction with their customer service department only for them to tell you they cannot serve you and will not help you. I speak from experience with laptops and a beats pill speaker.Get yourself a product from a reputable brand that isn’t coasting on their identity of 10 years ago.Absolute rinkydink operation

The system they put together is just theatrics, designed to make you feel important but don't be fooled, they couldn't care less.You walk in, someone comes and starts talking to you, but mind you, that person is not the one that will take care of you, they will put you on a waitlist in store then say you gotta wait at least 10-15 minutes to even talk to someone. Then another person comes, and you better be quick because I talked to 4 people when I visited twice in the last week and they were all impatient to questions and comments from you.When the employee" told me I am now on the list and it will take 30 minutes for me to talk to someone
