My old front door system needed to be replaced. In 2021 I purchased my new door system from Heritage Renovations. The sales person was extremely helpful with explaining the differences in materials for the door itself and the door window I chose for the door. I also have a transom window over my front door. They removed all the framing for both the old door and the old window, and installed an entirely new frame with the new door and window. They did a great job on the installation as well as taking great care with the clean up. I give them an A++ for products and service. I intend to use them for the remaining renovations I have in my wonderful old home.

We replaced our sliding door with a new garden door. I love our new door so much. Every employee from Heritage we met with along the way answered our questions and left us feeling confident in our choices. Excellent products, excellent service!

Each representative from Heritage Renovations showed up on time during the initial quote, the follow up appointment and the installation date. The installation went well and both of the installers we’re very personable and professional. All my interactions with the office staff we’re fantastic as well, each time providing customer service second to none. I will certainly be calling again for my next phase of window replacements.

We are very happy with the quality of work we had done!! I recommend this company to friends or anyone that asks for a good company to get their windows and doors replaced through.We had some windows replaced and a patio door put in. What really thrilled us was the desire to take out a 3x4 ft window and put in a 5ft patio door. They assigned one of their experienced installers (great interactive skills) to restructure our wall to fit the new patio door, who also was experienced in brick laying to ensure the taking out of the wall bricks, that the bricks looked as though it was that way from when the house was built. They ensured their measurements, when ordering the windows and patio door, were correct, so not delays. I wouldn't go with anyone else. Call them if you need a quote, their workmanship and care about their customer being happy is 5 star.

Excellent job! After a measurement appointment, they called a few days in advance to schedule the installation, arrived on time, cleaned up completely and were very fast and efficient - installed a bedroom window in 30 mins! The two installers were courteous and answered our questions. Completely seamless and pleasant experience, from speaking to reception to enjoying our new window!

Window installers were great, friendly, and their customer service top-notch, 5 star for them..The reason for my 1 star and disatisfaction has nothing to do with quality or workmanship, it has everything to do with the female on the other end of the phone line who thought she was within her rights to accuse me, call me a liar, disrespected me and humiliated me when all I did was repeat what was told to me.Again, the rating is no reflection on the work done, but I just wouldn't work with the company again due to the interaction of the first point of contact, not sure if she is the owner and neither would I ever recommend them.As a Property Manager, I work with many contractors, never have I come across someone this rude and inconsiderate and I waited 3 weeks to post a review because somehow I thought she would have had the common courtesy to acknowledge she was wrong.

Highly recommend Heritage for all your windows and door needs. We used them 5 years ago for a new front door and recently had all our windows and sliding door replaced. The staff is great to deal with, very responsive and the install team was respectful and tidy and always kept us informed. A minor repair to a trim piece was required and true to their word it was replaced in a timely manner. When we ran into issues with our greener homes grant they went above and beyond to help us satisfy the grant review requirements.

We were very satisfied with our window install through Heritage. Although they were not the cheapest option, it was well worth it for us as the quality of workmanship and communications throughout were fantastic. I missed the name of the two installers we had out but they were fantastic and clearly professionals at what they do. They were in and out in about 2 hours, I honestly expected 4+ hours of install time. They were also happy to go above and beyond to help cap our garage window to make it look the best it could be.Overall we were very satisfied and would likely use Heritage again in the future
