C-Tow Marine Assistance For Lake Ontario & Toronto Harbour, Lake Huron Sarnia & Georgian Bay

I TRIED to use their service and was met with a lot of promises but no action.Yeah

Tried to utilize their services countless times this summer. A few times I needed emergency fuel delivery or even a tow while vessel was on water, every time I called they were 3+ hours away or not able to accommodate. Furthermore, I even tried to schedule a tow for my vessel in advance so I could assure they’d be available. After 3 weeks straight of trying to arrange a day, they never accommodated and never followed up with me each time I called to arrange a tow. Finally when we had things set up and I tried to use my membership they said they don’t do tows for previously damaged vessels. So because they couldn’t come out on time or arrange a day and time within the 3 weeks of me trying to schedule a tow I was out of luck due to their inadequacy, then someone from their head office called me, was rude and very unprofessional and even stated “We don’t want you” clearly lacking a sense of customer service, I was patient and never rude but yet they treated me with complete disrespect. I never had a tow scheduled nor did I ever cancel a scheduled tow, I was waiting almost 3 weeks to get someone to service my boat for a tow but in turn was disrespected and turned away. This business lacks basic business ethics, principals and service.Steer clear of this company.

A great service to have if you are boater. They go out of there way to help ppl.

This business is a joke..called in @5pm and been calling every 30 min..and I was told a captain would call me back .. and it's 10 pm and still hasn't gotten a call back....people don't waste your money... Bad service... You said you left a voicemail ... I did have 1 voicemail unless u call a diffeent number... and saying to call 911 ...I dont need to get a membership to call 911... so what's the use of being a member .. get your act together"

Steer clear of this company, they are out to take advantage of you in a helpless situation. They charge from dock to dock and basically rowed their way to us ..They took over 2 hours to arrive and for a 15 min tow = $950. What a rip off!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company you will regret it.

Stuck in the middle of Georgian Bay and got a hold of dispatch for C-Tow. Didn’t have anyone local to assist but dispatcher made the call to Coast Guard that put out the distress signal for us. Safe and sound back at cottage thanks to the extra effort by C-Tow. Not a member either so didn’t cost us a thing she just went above and beyond. Thanks again.

Great service! Fast and reliable. Crew was very professional and efficient. These people really know what they are doing. They even try to get your boat running for so to help save you from being towed in if possible. Highly recommend this company!!

Price is really good but I needed assistance in the Toronto Harbour last summer and they didn’t have a tow captain available to assist due to health reasons. I sympathize and understand but they should have a backup. They left me hanging 3 hours expecting help that never came before they finally told me they didn’t have anyone
