Horrible experience I ever had in my life. She spoiled my hair. She didn’t blow dry my hair she just straightned them without using heat protection spray. She even didn’t know that how to section the hair before cutting. Horrrible experience. I suggest people not to go to their salon.Don’t waste your money and time. One of their staff I don’t know her name she is having short hair was staring at me without any reason and makes me so uncomfortable. Worst service.

04/2023 One star because the hairdresser VICKY really messed up a simple straight cut. She literally curved one side of a straight cut. Fully rounded off one side and crookedly straight cut the other. 5 inches were already cut and now will need to lose another 4 according to a master stylist to make it straight again. See uploaded photo edited to show unevenness. The hairdresser who processed our refund was very kind and understanding, unfortunately that offers little consolation to my distraught daughter.

worst haircut i ever had. I told her to make layers but its even not layer and not trimming. I spoiled my hairs with that amount. She didn't wet my hairs before cut and didn't blow dry after that. unsatisfy

Went for a cut for myself and my son, Celia was very sweet and great with my 2 year old, she listened and gave me exactly what I wanted for a cut, I love my hair so much. Highly recommend Celia at this location!

Stylist took a customer before my appointed time. The complete shop is extremely dirty. Wash, blow dry and only top hair straightened. Will not return.

Worst haircut of my life. The worker could not keep a consistent length or listen to what I asked for. Was more interested in trying to gossip than do their job. I have had some bad haircuts in my life but this is by far the worst, would have been better off with a bowl cut.

Samantha was very professional and gentle! It was a change from the ladies I have seen at different salons here in NS. I would recommend checking her out. I'll be booking with her again for my next color, she took her time and explained everything she was doing as well as why she doing it that way. I love how my hair turned out. And although it's not 100% how I pictured it or wanted it. I'm happy with it and glad listened to the recommendations so I wouldn't ruin my hair.
