I took my car to the Dodge dealership to get my winter tires taken off. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to talk me into a wheel alignment or any other services other than what I was there for.

Birchwood Kia is very good for vehicle service. They don't have a shuttle, but they use Uber.

I went to the Birchwood collision centre to get an estimate on my car. I went in and asked the person at the desk about the estimate. She looks at me and says You have to make an appointment to talk to me". I was in total shock with this comment. I decided that I did not want to get my car repaired there and took my vehicle to Fort Rouge Body Shop and didn't have to make an appointment to talk to anyone. It is certainly sad that it has come to this to get service at Birchwood."
