Fresh produce is always better than what, bought in the store. It's located 10 north of the city, well worth the drive for the quality. Just get here early and bring bags for everything. Prices are very reasonable too.

Really great veggie garden. Frequently updated website shows what's ready for picking. Accepts debit and major credit cards. Offers bags if you forgot to bring your own. Nice friendly atmosphere, staff readily answer questions. Fair prices. Great variety especially if you're into canning. There are lots of cucumbers and so much dill. Great variety of onion types, beets, zucchini, herbs and more. Close to the city. I'll definitely come back!
