I trained with Nancy for a few months and absolutely fell in love with weight training! She has a comfortable and fully equipped home gym, and provided tons of knowledgeable advice regarding nutrition and training at a great price. Training with Nancy is the best decision I have made! It has literally changed my life. She has given me very good advice on nutrition which has helped me lose weight. I've lost 12 pounds so far. I like the fact that I don't have to eliminate carbs as many diets do. Nancy makes strength workouts fun and gives lots of great tips. She is very caring and easy to talk to. Working with Nancy was incredible. She was encouraging, but still challenged me to grow and try new things, which led to an amazing increase in my strength week over week. I've been training with Nancy for 2 months and I've already lost a few pounds and gained some muscle. Her personal gym is so comfortable and private. The workouts are challenging but rewarding, and so worth it. This has been the best decision i've made for my weight loss journey, Nancy is worth the investment!!

She has a beautiful home gym where I feel comfortable working out without any hesitation knowing that she is there to support and help me achieve my goals whether its training or nutrition.
