Perfect food for cold weathers! The services are great and the food are very tasty. Fresh ingredients and reasonable pricings. Highly recommended for lunch and dinner!

I like supporting local businesses, but I’m hoping to see improvement on phone orders for pick up. They always get orders wrong. I tried ordering by the numbers on their menu and they still get them wrong. Most of the time it’s a language issue. Not meant to be derogatory, English is not my first language too. Maybe we can order online instead? That way there are clear selections (with pictures) to choose from that will also translate clearly to the restaurant.

Pho 51 has been my favorite restaurant for Pho since they opened, I've been coming here for years getting the D5 and have always been happy. The reason for the 1 star is the price. a large bowl of Pho is now $19.25 before tax and tip. Sorry but I can no longer support this restaurant with outrages prices like this for a bowl of soup...

Where to begin.... Extremely overpriced terrible bland Pho with noodles so over cooked they crumbled into mush and literally 1 small peice of Brocolli and a sliver of carrot. They were extremely put out when i asked for bean sprouts. They also charge money for you to take your leftovers home! I didn't have any change and didn't want to use debit so had to leave it... no loss really but regardless I've never been charged anywhere for that! Worse than the food was the service. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. Actually I've never had ruder service to be honest. I Will NEVER go back. So many pho restaurants in this area I'd rather support.

This is definitely, without a doubt the best pho restaurant in the tri-cities. The broth of the pho is super flavorful, and the noodles are the perfect texture. Not only that, the chicken, spring rolls and practically everything on the menu is delicious. Calling it delicious would even be an understatement. The staff are the nicest people ever. They remember your order, and really treat you like a regular even if you aren't. The service is super quick. All the staff are hard working and get you your food in minutes. I highly recommend to any Asian cuisine enjoyers.

First pho takeout since covid started and it was just so-so. Ordering via phone is tough because there is no menu so you have to have an idea of what you want. That being said, the person on the phone was helpful and patient as I explained what I wanted and the order came out to what I expected. When picking up the food I saw the most staff were wearing masks but not the cashier - I guess it was so he could talk. The food itself was ok. Not pretty like you would get during an eat in but I've had a lot of take out pho and this was underwhelming. The spring rolls were good but overly oily. The meat quantity was good and the texture was tender. I felt the amount of noodles was small and the overall flavor was what one would expect for fast food. I'd give this a 3.5 star as it was good but although it wasn't the worst pho I've had, it was far from the best especially at that price and don't feel it's worth rounding to a 4 star.
